Keep hearing things about Defoe to Bournemouth. Not sure whether they're true or whether it's a good idea. Feelings?

Supposedly he,s happy here and wants to stay,heard we are after de guzman,on a season's loan with option to buy,the big name's keep on coming,exciting times for us sunderland fans!

what do you mean De guzman isn't a big name player? is he plays like he did when he was at Swansea he would stroll into our first team. Am not being funny and I know this club is currently a shambles but what do they have to do to appease some people. Porterfield73, which big name player were you expecting? when are people gunna realise we are not capable of attracting 'big name players'. i'm not trying to have a pop and am not looking for an argument but this is the reality. I for one would love de guzman!

Finally someone on here that talks sense sorry but what's wrong with this club is fickle fans 2 games in and it's sell up sack the manager players are not good enough if you look at our team we have at least 6 players that have played in pl winning teams played champion league but put a red and white shirt on them and there no good the sol must be one of the worst home atmosphere in the league last couple of years (derby game aside) but you look at les . Palace.hull.burnley.villa.last year fans got behind them sang there hearts out and they done well maybe it's time you take some of the blame by sitting at home games with a face like smacked button supporting your team is not just buying new strip or a ticket LET'S GET BEHIND THE WHOLE SET UP

I didn't mean that he's not a big player despite what I said I what I guess I meant is that he still won't change our team a huge deal and he probably will go to marseille for European football rather than come here and fight for survival

An Italian source says De Guzman is ready to reject us for Marseile dunno if there any truth in that? he says he needs 48 hours to thnk over move!
