Instead of fantasising over new strikers we should be looking at creative midfielders. I believe that a fit Fletcher, Wickham and Giacherini will score goals if opportunities are created. We need a Sessegnon type, but who sees colleagues around in better position to score, and also plays to his best most weeks instead of now and again.

I think poyet is thinking the same thing by bringing in Jordi Gomez but if we want to score goals we will need a similar player jugs a much higher quality. Perhaps a statement signing as an attacking midfielder?
