Heard we're linked with Eduardo Salvio from benfica. £21M, seems a lot but three Portuguese leagues in a row must be decent enough to be an immediate starter. Desperate for us to sign somebody class, would be a statement of intent, and the club is lacking significantly in first team players up to the required standard of taking us away from annual relegation favourites.

If we sign piennar, bloody N'zogbia and they even consider letting King Kone leave then we need a new owner that gives a toss about the club. Get M'vila back, he's begging for it and we're gawking at 5M! We got to stop scraping the barrel with transfers.

Totally agree Sunfan, personally I am at a loss as to why Piennar and N'zogbia should be training at our club, a step backwards surely. don't like the reports of signing his buddy's from Man U, seen it all before. Great bit of business with Papy,8 mill, for a player who has never played in the premier league. Watched the game against Dortmond and we got the runaround, Kone and Kaboul were immense, I was concerned that we could not string 3 passes without giving the ball back to our opponents, Moyes must get some quality in, and get rid of Cattermole, who looked woefully slow against 17 year old players for Dortmond. Yes Cattermole is a crowd favourite but come on, looks like a slow pudding in the prem.
