Well if we can't afford more than £8.5 millon for Lens how can we spend that sort of money? . Stoke West Ham and Leicster are willing to fork out £12-15 millon + so why don't we?. the answer is Ellis Short!. if we spend big on a quality player then other top players will want to come here!
