Is Poyet now going to admit that Sunderland is to big a club for him. He should never have started this campaign still in charge. He had got lucky at the end of last season and has lived off that and has since blamed everyone but himself for taking us back to square one. He has made the huge mistake of taking he fans for granted assuming that they would back him come what may. Well unfortunately we are not some little club on the south coast with a couple of thousand fans, we are a massively supported club with some of the loyalist fans anywhere on this planet. We know when we are having the p*** taken out of us and this above all must stop. He is the self appointed coach rather than the manager, so what is he actually coaching? Absolutely nothing judging by the shambles we are watching week in week out! He has dared to mock the side under Peter Reid but that was a team packed with internationals who played exciting attacking fooball, home and away, with passion and pride at wearing our famous red and white stripes. We don't expect to be winning the Premier League or Champions League anytime soon but all we ask is to have a team to be proud of.
Poyet you have made the ultimate mistake by thinking we are mugs who will put up with any rubbish put before us, WRONG!!!! You are the mug. POYET OUT

ive supported this club through thick and thin over 40 years and the first half of this game has to be the WORST EVER performance I've seen ! its was APPALING and for our alleged manager to say that it was the players fault is unbelievable ! the tactics come from the manager and there was no cohesion tactics . I think he has lost the dressing room the players don't understand the managers crazy tactics. we should have played 4-4-2 no width !! playing Alverez on the right is crazy he's left footed !!! Ellis Short has to be partly to blame asd he's now targeting Allerdyce !! how crazy is that ! and why no Whatmore ? he wasn't even on the bench and playing the useless Bridcutt as an extra centre back played into Villas hands they had so much space ! I feel ashamed to be a Sunderlang supporter after that performance ! Agree with SMD he must go NOW put the reserve coach in charge Petrer Reid anybody would be better !

I have not posted on this site since the "senior players" at this club stabbed DI Canio in the back.I was disgusted at the way the fans turned on Paolo and not these obnoxious lazy millionaire players who in the end will take this great club down and then disappear.They are unfortunately still at the club and continue to turn in pathetic performances week after week and are still worshipped by the fans no matter how poorely they play.It is well documented that players at this club are on the p!ss week after week, that's why they can't win a game They have dragged this club down for too long, 5 years too long, so please don't blame it all on Gus.
3.) The only reason I'm not calling to sack him is because I don't know who we would get and I think stability is still best. That said, who would we get? Who would you put in? Ed?

Chris-s come on ! yes the players are partly to blame but the tactics motivation picking the players and plan b when things aren't working come from the manager !. and remember Poyet has brought in most of these players like Bridcut Vergini Jones Alvarez and they aren't good enough ! so the buck stops with the manager !
5.) ANY ONE would do the under 21 coach the club mascot the bloke who sits in the front row behind the goal just not poyet he's as not got a clue we need saving

Sorry but am I the only person who will not lose a single moment of sleep now that Colback has gone to the barcodes? The transfer tells us all that they have no money to spend and their level of ambition is nil as they have taken a player of little talent as, in their own words, as a major coup. Don't get me wrong, the Ginger Judas did an adequate job as a "play anywhere we are short" stand in, but can anyone tell me, honestly that, as we look forward to a brighter future, we will be moulding a team that would have him in it? And before I am challenged about my knowledge of people who have had the honour to wear the red and white stripes, I have been watching them home and away for nearly 50 years. He did ok but in the future true SAFC fans will be saying Jack who? Gone and most definitley forgotten!
1.) No you are not. I agree with you. No player is bigger than the club and certainly the £10.5 million NUFC will pay Colback over the next five years is way above his actual worth.

Allerdyce not my first choice but one things for sure Oshea and his cronies have had their day. Big Sam will put an end to player power and root out all the poison that has festered in our great club for the last 6 or 7 years. Keane knew where the trouble was and is so passionate about his time here that he still makes comment about it now. By taking the job as the manager and not head coach Allerdyce is telling all who is in charge and I am sure that a number of our current squad are in for a shock.
All I have seen prior to the game was skunks in their barcode strips. Since another Derby win they have again all gone back into hiding, can not find one. They are one of the worst teams I have ever seen at SAFC. I have watched football at SAFC for 45 years and they are gharial. I hope that Carver keeps his job and Shearer becomes his assistant as they are both a pair of deluded black and whits who think that they are a big club!!!
