looks like we aren't signing anyone before man u game well it looks that way to me!
heard we were looking at assalaidi on loan (spelling) from liverpool instead of borini and Jonas from valencia

ITS A HUGE MESS. we have been linked to everyone who has kicked a ball. For the past 5+ seasons it has been the same. Spend all the transfer time trying to sign loans we had the previous season, and then more panic loan signings. We have developed the likes of welback, rose, Ki,borini (and many others) who have abandoned us after the loan period. We don't have a Sunderland team,but a collection of players filling time in. We have no youth system to develop talent. with crowds of 40K plus we can afford to be competitive and build a team with signed long term talent. not loans. But it needs a plan from the top. we will again be lucky to avoid relegation, and although I will be screaming for the team every week, we really don't deserve to be in the Premier League with this annual screw up.
2.) You're right, Sunderland have no team "vision", which if you think about it is pretty much reality due to how often we've changed managers & how they've all bought & sold players to play to their idea of team play.
As it stands how we've got players from several managers who all played very differently & until we can get stability and keep a manager for a few years till he gets the team together & gets his vision in place we always will have issues.
It's going to take time this is very true and if we can stay up without the drop worries for a few seasons & Poyet gets time to find the right players who play the right way for him, then we'll have a shot of moving up the league from where we end up year on year.

Just heard Mohammed salah from chelsea on loan thoughts? I personally think its worth a shot with what I seen of him last season
