2nd comment i'm not a mag followed sunderland for over 40 years and if you think that midfield will do well your in cuckoo land I think your getting carried away with all the signings.

That midfield won't get over-run. Cabral is a monster in the tackle and if the opposition don't see much of the ball they won't be over running anything!

With all these Roumours going round thought I'd make a reported schedule on next week.
Monday - Giaccherini has his medical and signs
Tuesday - Mavrias has a medical and signs also Peruzzi arrives at Sunderland camp.
Wednesday - Peruzzi medical and signs also SAFC have another behind closed doors match.
Thursday - Full Squad travel to hong kong
Friday - Training
Saturday - Training
Sunday - day off for squad and a trip around hong kong.
Also note that all medicals this week are taking place in Italy so that they can all go stright to hong kong as a team.
I also think once Di Canio can get a left back we will see the transfer activity slow down with maby Duncan and another striker coming in. New Players signed by the end of the week will be:
