Defoe deal now confirmed and he can play against Spurs tomorrow.
Yes I know his wages are high but a great bit of business swapping Jozy for him. This basically means we got almost all of Jozy's transfer fee back as Defoe was bought for £6m by Toronto. Having scored 11 in 16 his value will have remained the same.
Different type of striker to Fletcher and Wickham as well so fingers crossed the system changes and we get him scoring.
