At the end if last season a remember Di Canio saying that he will transform Sunderland and that we will become the next Barcelona
After that performance today I have to say, Well done Sir, you have stuck to your word and has actually made us stronger
Yes Barcelona is obviously exaggerated but the way the lads played the ball around the pitch today was superb, they were patient and were very clever on their approach, the first half of that game I did not recognise the team

Now all we need is the xavi-esque midfield maestro.

I love Sess as much as the next person but I think his time with Sunderland is coming to an end, he isn't consistent enough and he doesn't really fit in with Di Canio's plans as it showed today, plus PDC will be wanting him off the wage list
I don't mind if he goes, asking as the get a good replacement in

At the game today and watched very closely
•Our CBs were extremely good, especially Roberge (great passer)
MOTM for me, maybe Altidore
•Colback deserves to be our LB
•Larsson can FU*K OFF
•Ji Can FU*K off (8m my ar*e)
•Cabral is very tidy but needs to work on shooting
•Johnson and Giaccherini are class
•Altidore is a bull, very good passer, needs to take the shots first time though
•Wasn't impressed with Sess, he never attempted to take anyone on which was his speciality, he always tried to pass and when on the rare occasion when he did take someone on, he lost it
•First half=Fantastic
Second half=Old Sunderland

So, this is what PDC should do
Loan Ji (needs to be stronger and more aggressive), Sell Larsson, If the right offer comes in for Sess sell him then replace with another top striker (Ovsaldo etc)
Don't buy LB, don't need one
Buy a Playmaker DESPERATELY

Sunderland should sack PDC and stick you in charge. Seem to have it all worked out.

Lol but the lad is right apart from ji, worked hard when he came on but missed that free header, larsson is too slow but once flecther is back he will be dropped, colback was good but we need a good left back and a playmaker to replace sess

Another clown ji was given the usual 15 t 20 mins like under the previous managers he could do with a start maybe in front of sess every time ji comes on we are chasing the game as for the match coming out of the ground I couldn't believe how we lost but that's football.

5 new lads were outstanding today thought giaccherini ran out of steam will be excellent once he gets the pace of the game. colback did nothing wrong but duff never tested him oshea organised the defence well but his passing is poor Johnson looks class but he only does it in short spells think he needs to be more in the game or he could be dropped to the bench same can be said of sess think his days are numbered as for westwood no comment the lad only had one thing to do and that was picking the ball out of the net wickham along with ji came on when we were disjointed and chasing would like to have seen karlsson getting a run out but overall things looked good and will get better

Nobody is disputing that we finished below you last season, that was never in question, the question is why do all barcodes think that they are better, bigger than they are, won't accept the fact that they are genuinely disliked throughout the country, by supporters of other clubs (i'm an exiled mackem living in Lincolnshire). I speak from an area full of plastic, glory hunting fans, and trust me Newcastle are up there with Citeh, and Chelsea fans when it comes to the fans that other supporters dislike. Notice the similarity, citeh and Chelsea fans are arrogant think they are bigger and better than they are. I will be quite satisfied during this season of transition, that we finish mid table come May. Bearing in mind that you only just finished above us last season, and have made limited additions to your squad, yet you all think that you will be challenging at the top end of the league. hence my earlier post delusional delusional that's what you are and that's why as a group of fans you are disliked. man utd Chelsea man city will fight it out for the league title arsenal or spurs if bale stays and Liverpool if they can put the ball in the net could fight it out for 4th if bale goes and Liverpool don't punish the sides like last season then I can see a few sides pushing them for the 5th 6th spot everton Swansea wba ourselves if the players gel quick enough the whu and Fulham even Southampton and Norwich could have season above expectations and I think villa could improve but that all depends on benteke if he can't repeat last years scoring then I can see them being in a relegation battle along with Cardiff hull palace and stoke but this is just my opinion lads and remember no one is to good to go down.
