disappointed with the display and result today but you can't knock the determination we are showing and we are becoming hard to beat, but too many draws can only mean one thing lads and that is relegation. unless we get the midfield sorted and get a settled team I can only see one thing happening. why change a side that won away 4-1 surely any other manager would have stuck with the same team, unless poyet realises that he should stick with a winning team then we are doomed

Though we were great in 2nd half should have won the game, we will stay up no doubts

Sorry mate but I have to disagree with a lot if this
Although I was extremely disappointed with the 1st half, the 2nd half we were brill, I am very very happy with the result, 1)we scored a few/2)it was Southampton, they are a brilliant team, they were 3rd in the table for a while rightfully deserved, I am more than satisfied with a point.
Each team we play every week is different, so different players need to be drafted in an out of the 11, Poyet is a tactical genius, his decision making and man-to-man management is spot on, without him we would rock bottom 10pts away from everyone else, would any of you put Gardner on the field today? No, but he changed the game when he came on. Johnson, Poyet has made him like this and he has been essential for us lately
Larsson was perfect for the game today, he NORMALLY works his socks off, closes everything down and is well disciplined which is what you need when you face Southampton…even though he let us, Poyet and himself down today with the very poor performance he showed

Mr makem and largey. I must have been watching a differenet game lads. we were absolutely dire and should have been 3 or 4 down by half time. as for the 2nd half although we showed a lot more who created the better chances definitely not us with Southampton creating 2 or 3 decent chances in the 1st 15 mins of 2nd half. as for us being rock bottom 10pts adrift if we had not appointed poyet i'm afraid our cup run has papered over the cracks. since he took over we have gained deserved but fortunate wins over Newcastle, man city and 10 man everton and thumped the worst team I have seen this season in Fulham. we took 1 point off a poor villa side in 2 games along with draws against West Ham United Cardiff and Norwich sides who will be in the relegation battle alongside ourselves with loses to other sides like hull stoke and Swansea other sides caught up in the battle to avoid the drop we have also lost at home to Chelsea Manchester United Tottenham arsenal Liverpool sides we have to go away to alongside Newcastle and man city games where I can't see us getting many points. we now have 8 cup finals coming up at home to stoke hull wba palce West Ham United Cardiff and Swansea along with Norwich away and we need to be looking at winning 6 or 7 of those games to have a fighting chance of stopping up something I can't see happening. now I don't look through red and white glasses like a lot of people I am an optimist and like said in my first post I can't see us losing these games but I can see us taking a lot of draws. finally poyets record in the league is played 15 points 17 and if we keep going along at the same rate till the end of the season which will see us play 16 and pick up another 16 points I will be surprised if we stop up. keep up the banter lads as the site seems to be fading but hopefully it will pick up with the transfer window.

You go on as if it should have took days for him to sort the tactics out, sort the mentality out, sort the team out and the long list of other things out
We were never ever ever ever get going from the off, I am delighted that it has only took this long for him to sort things out
I expected to see us where we are now at the end of the season or even next season things were that bad, Poyet is literally turning a mission impossible to a mission probable

I am happy

Agree0 Disagree0

Mr makem if you are happy to go and watch that crap then you are easily pleased mate. this is the same shower of sh**e that have been masquerading as players. now people are saying that poyet is doing ok well unless he realises that the majotity of these players have nearly taken us down twice and got 3 managers sacked then he could be number 4.

where have all your fans gone what a disgrace seeing all those empty seats i always thought you were loyal guessing i'm wrong

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Not too sure why you think 38115 is disloyal? I don't think there will be many other teams this week with higher tbh.

A side in the bottom 3 all season still getting 38k plus at home most games, even when its on live t. v like today which makes the armchair fans stay at home and also playing Southampton no disrespect but who are known for not bringing many away fans. now with you having blue in your name It looks like your Chelsea everton or maybe city if any of those teams were in the bottom 3 all season and the game was live on t. v either one would be lucky to get 25k through the gates.
