Did you see pardew blame two matches in three days for their defeat. How many of the players who played on thurs played to day. Radio Newcastle match commentators reckon two.

Believable11 Unbelievable0

More like 8 take a look and we are still in europe and and its 3 games in 6 days and pretty sure we keep getting told we have a small team and will struggle like stoke...so which is it make your mind up......k

Agree4 Disagree1

Haha yeah wah it's not fair wah! Well that's what you get when you qualify for europe! Can't cry about it Pardew you clown!

Agree2 Disagree1

Only cisse and one other started both games. Get a grip pardew. Did you see him having a go at officials again ha ha mint

Agree3 Disagree1

What a nerve.... a mackem advising the toon on Europe....on thursday it will be 122 competitive games in europe compared to Blunderlands 4 back in 1973..ha ha...so until your team earn you the right to discuss europe... I would rather take no advice from yous... thanks

Agree2 Disagree4

Bet they wish that Stamford Bridge was flooded.
Yeah, nice to see Pratdew is consistent.
Anita did well ( for Chelsea ).

Jeez.

Agree4 Disagree1

Then don't come on our board then sgb

Agree4 Disagree0

Cisse and one other can you count.....apart from giro,s

Agree1 Disagree0

Not going to get upset about getting beat off a very good Chelsea side. As for Europe the closet the unwashed will get to it is on your season visit to Swansea.

Agree4 Disagree1

So all those games in Europe and have you won a trophy? Thought not.

Agree0 Disagree1

Geordies till you actually win something don't talk about been a great team .... same thing to us talking about been in europe.....oh by the way - were you there on thurs

Agree1 Disagree2

Anita did well? he gave away a penalty mate

Agree2 Disagree1

Want to get in before the geordies. i think they won the old fairs cup. could be wrong. dave 100% mackem

Agree1 Disagree0

How can you makems take the piss out of Newcastle? we are a much bigger club, if you can't face that fact then you are so deluded.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well done Sunderland for brining in the signings we have! But please do NOT! Let sessengnon go!

P.s. anything happen with that young lad from Porto?

CC

Believable5 Unbelievable1

Couldn't agree more - need to keep Sess.

Agree3 Disagree0

Coming for trial in september. He looks good what ive seen of him mind

With today's game rained off, O'Neil won't need to rest players for tues nights game, wonder if Johnson and fletcher might start, could use game almost like ore season friendly ( obviously can't make as many changes like !) with fletcher short of match sharpness, think this would make sense. Probably worth getting a ticket, only a tenner or twelve at the gate !!

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Only a tenner and its still half empty.....amazed totally amazed

Agree3 Disagree1

How can it still be half empty, the game isn't till Tuesday so people wouldn't be in the ground yet!!

Agree1 Disagree2

10 a ticket schools get free tickets for kids and its still empty........mwahh....mwahh

Agree0 Disagree2

Can you believe the last post, what a lemon, guessing you'll be old enough for a free ticket then!

Agree0 Disagree0

No person i,m a mag the hubby supports safc and was commenting about if its 10 a ticket you should be having full house.....k

Agree0 Disagree0

25 Aug 2012 17:29:34
SAFC. Hang your heads in shame for that today.

Believable2 Unbelievable5

????????? Tony Safc.

Agree2 Disagree1

Yeah cos they control the weather! Sgb

Agree1 Disagree0

Newcastle hang your head in shame! Wah we played in Europe wah! Yeah a shadow team! Wah

Agree1 Disagree1

Europe. Tell me what Sunderland know about that?? Silence.................Every manager moans about Europe and the amount of fixtures. Your average will never have that problem will he.

Agree2 Disagree1

48 fans enough said

Agree2 Disagree0

48 more fans than Sunderland had

Agree0 Disagree0

I have to say. Sunderland fan. Red & white blood. Never call the team. MON is god. ES has kept by his word. But WTF? We can't even stage a premier match August, because of heavy rain. We are now the laughing stock. All the money we spend & we can't get rid of water? SAFC. You should be embarrssed. Poor Reading fans that travelled. Disgraceful.

Believable2 Unbelievable2

Nature Mate! just one of those things, I do feel sorry for ALL the fans that made the journey.

Agree2 Disagree0

Talk about over reaction.agree its a shame about the reading fans, but why are we a laughing stock? if the pitch wasn't playable, makes no difference if its august or not!

Agree1 Disagree0

Can the groundstaff not use brooms to sweep away the water like they did in the old days

Agree2 Disagree0

25 Aug 2012 16:44:31
ADAM JOHNSON OFFICIALLY posted on twitter on jan 4th 2012 that he loves the toon.....take a look on google or his official twitter account.....agent johnson has arrived.....yehhhhhhhhhh

Believable4 Unbelievable5

What a clown you are SGB, did you enjoy ur game 2nite? CHELSEA 2 Newcastle 0!

Agree4 Disagree0

I love the Spice Girls - but I wouldn't join them - you muppet.

Agree1 Disagree1

Did you enjoy your game oooops sorry no drainage and poor quality under ground heating.....mmmmmm

Agree2 Disagree1

Talking rubbish as his uncle has confirmed he supports sunderland, the video interview off tyne and wear news on facebook confirms it, unlucky geordies nice try but proved your talking balls again

Agree1 Disagree1

Google it....he only signed for you because you paid him a fortune in wages and he WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH to play every week for man city...k

Agree0 Disagree0

Couldnt have signed foryour lot because you couldnt afford his wages.

Jeez.

Agree0 Disagree0

25 Aug 2012 16:14:37
MON you need to sign ground staff m8 the ones you got now are crap the pitch has been rubbish for 2 seasons , now match called off live 5 mins from ground my gardens ok drop me line and i will look after pitch

Believable1 Unbelievable1

Its the concerts that ruin it

Agree0 Disagree1

Cos the game won't be rearranged! Muppet

Agree0 Disagree0

Why do concerts ruin pitch ? simple fact is when laying new pitch ground staff did not do it right blocked draining points the lad who looks after pitch should be replaced

Agree1 Disagree0

25 Aug 2012 15:54:25
Fletcher 14m, Johnson 12m = 26m. Ben Arfa 5.5m,Cabaye 4.2m, Cisse 9m, Anita 6.4m, = 25.1m. NO BRAINER is it my SMB friends. {Ed001's Note - you are blocked for pretending to be a Sunderland fan in a number of posts. Try being honest, the sites are open to fans of any team, but those who pretend to be fans just to lie and slag the team off will get blocked. If you had just given your own opinion as a Newcastle fan there would have been no issue.}

Believable7 Unbelievable0

Thought this was a banter site. What are we going to report boring rumours and facts.Get a life and a sense of humour bypass.

Agree0 Disagree6

25 Aug 2012 15:28:12
Sunderland fans constantly saying 48 fans ect, yet that's 48 more fans than sunderlands ever took to a European game in there club life

Believable6 Unbelievable3

Get your facts right. I was on the plane to Vasas Budapest in the Cup winners Cup and Sporting Lisbon in the same competition. Long before Newcastle played in Europe. Dave 100% mackem

Agree5 Disagree1

Funny thing is sunderland took over a thousand plus to south korea in preseason.

Agree4 Disagree1

Just as nufc did and 47000 to championship home games...the 3rd highest attendance in the country and we where in championship....thats fact check the stats for 2 seasons ago

Agree0 Disagree4

I think us Sunderland fans should have total respect for the Newcastle 48 - just how did they all sit thru that 90 minutes of garbage - be lucky to get double figures at the next away game if they play like that !

Agree3 Disagree0

Take a look at how many fans dont turn up at your home games and quinny twisting on radio about falling gates....dont get me wrong u might get some closet fans to see your new signings but that will be the only time well except take that......

Agree3 Disagree2

25 Aug 2012 15:18:19
disgrace to the Premier League. pitch should be up to standard. this is not Sunday league football.

Believable4 Unbelievable2

Reports I have read state BOTH managers agreed the decision. Dave 100% mackem

Agree4 Disagree1

They shouldn't have to agree on the decision... the pitch should be able to survive a little shower

Agree0 Disagree0

25 Aug 2012 14:47:07
toon fan here and before you all start i,m not jealous of the aj signing as the question has to be asked if he,s that good why has mancini let him go as all teams like to and want to keep your best players.....if safc had 11 players that was committed as bardsley then u would be to 6 and in europe and thats coming from a magg.....k

Believable3 Unbelievable4

They need to bring in money. mancini is frustrated that he's not allowed to splash the cash now. Needs to reduce wage bill. Before anybody says they've got rich billionaire owners , they don't want to get into mega debt, like Man Utd.

Agree1 Disagree1

You could be right there plus with the new fair play rules (even though i,m not sure how they work) i believe the club has to be self sufficent (i think) but not sure what happens to the club if they are,nt as theres no point in fining the big clubs as money aint a problem.......ant wat good look with your new signings......k

Agree2 Disagree1

Mancini thinks he has better players already or has a better player in mind. Nobody is saying that he is the best in the world, just one of the best.

Jeez.

Agree0 Disagree0

These mags r saying mancini wouldnt get rid of his best players, look at top managers in the past getting rid of great players,ie-fergie-stam-beckham,leeds-cantona,even dalgleish sold shearer,if the money is good sometimes big clubs or managers sell up,johnson got sold because he wanted to be sold and mancini liked the lads ability but couldnt guarantee him enough games.tk73

25 Aug 2012 14:42:15
safc groundsman been out all morning soaking the pitch as wanted the game called off incase reading turned them over and wanted the best team available...:/

Believable5 Unbelievable5

Rubbish it was raining from 5pm lastnight and is meant to rain to 9pm tonight, you geordies are morons!

Agree4 Disagree2

25 Aug 2012 14:41:59
First of all they're 2 quality premier league players and second my street flooded with all the rain, does that mean the council have to spend 14 million on drainage systems? Nothing can be done to prevent heavy rain you tool. Safc93

Believable2 Unbelievable0

They are 2 quality PL Players? You deluded. What a waste of money. Quickly turning into the new Liverpool.

Agree5 Disagree4

Liverpool and Spurs after AJ too.
Both much bigger clubs.

Jeez.

Agree2 Disagree1

Neither of those teams were in for him. Your just kidding yourself. Spurs have Bale and Lennon and liverpool have Downing and Sahin.

Agree1 Disagree2

Sahin isn't a winger........

Agree2 Disagree0

Wow downing and sahin I would take aj over both them two

Agree2 Disagree0

Green eyed monster eh

Agree3 Disagree1

25 Aug 2012 14:39:32
After his performance today im over the moon we never signed collins. Safc93

Believable5 Unbelievable0

25 Aug 2012 14:30:17
Probably would have made sense to pay for a decent drainage system before you start splashing millions on average players!

Believable6 Unbelievable4

25 Aug 2012 14:24:53
Been told by a groundsman at stadium of light that ground staff were told to waterlog the pitch this morning as oneil feels its a 3 pointer but only with his strongest 11 this would include 2 new signings that wouldn't be able to play today !

Believable2 Unbelievable4

Yes of course you were told that.

Agree5 Disagree1

25 Aug 2012 14:09:14
RRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR you cant just call the match off like that man!

Believable6 Unbelievable0

Disgusting. Sack the grounds men

Agree3 Disagree1

25 Aug 2012 14:02:29
See your Sunday morning ground is flooded. Should have save that 14 million you gave Wolves and put into a decent drainage system.

Believable8 Unbelievable4

Voted third best in prem behind old trafford and emerates. Not like youre rented cowshed ha ha

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes of course it was. Is that for concerts.

Agree0 Disagree0

Voted 3rd where at person cos pretty sure every time good grounds are mentioned the say sjp and never say sos.....just a long from pennywell and hendon,,,

Agree0 Disagree0

SJP? you mean the SDA haha!

Agree0 Disagree0

3rd best pitch in the prem? yet a little rain gets a game called off?

Agree0 Disagree0

25 Aug 2012 14:00:49
match off rain

Believable3 Unbelievable0

25 Aug 2012 12:05:30
daft mags coming on having a go at fletcher fair enough the lad was in a team which got relegated but he did his part no fault of his own the rest of the team didn't perform. as for johnson what more can you say the lad has something no other newcastle player has or will ever have and thats a premier league winners medal say no more

Believable1 Unbelievable1

Correct me if Iam wrong but doesn't gabriel obertan have a premier league winners medal. And may i point out it was for doing exactly the same as Adam Johnson which was sitting on the bench, dont get me wrong Johnson is good but he's no Hatem Ben Arfa

Agree3 Disagree2

Small memories you lot have it was only last week and most of this one when Sunderland fans were saying they didn't want him, over priced etc. Now you have him he is top class. So deluded its frightening. Johnson PL medal from the bench! Yer I would shouting about that also.

Agree5 Disagree2

Sessegnon is better than Ben arfa

Agree6 Disagree2

And obertan put a lot of shifts in to deserve his PL winners medal

All, SAFC season ticket holder since 1996 here. Am I the only one here more excited with the Fletcher signing than Adam Johnson? Fletch will give us 100% week in week out and will link and hold up our attacking play up well, whereas AJ will punish opposing teams but will drift in and out of games, my point is, can we, as a mid-table premier league team afford to have too many of this type of luxury player in our side, as we allready have Sess who is also like this? And will our minority of fickle fans get on his back when things are not going our way, although they haven't got on Sess's back yet, but he does not have AJ's background? Anyway, looking forward to match this afternoon, SOL should be buzzing with anticipation... SAFC for ever!!

Believable2 Unbelievable2

Yes I am more exited about Fletch than AJ. We were desperate for some one to lead the line. AJ a great signing though. By the way does he not play in the same position as Mac.

Agree1 Disagree1

25 Aug 2012 10:28:22
Great news AJ what a signing ! now for a class LB + CH howay the lads FTM

Believable1 Unbelievable0

25 Aug 2012 10:01:00
Lots of rumours linking Sunderland players going to Blackburn. Possibly a sign we are to get Olssen, Dann or N,Zonzie.
Havnt heard anything about Samba recently. What is his situation at the moment?

Jeez.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

25 Aug 2012 09:21:48
MON has done his job
Short has done his job
Now it is up to the fans to lift the team to Europe, Havelock Hopefulls

Believable3 Unbelievable1

Mon hasn't done his job just yet. A quality lb and maybe a rb. Safc93

Agree0 Disagree0

Truthfully. How many of us belived we would get AJ when we knew Spurs and Liverpool were after him? MON must be something special.

Agree1 Disagree1

If Liverpool and Spurs were in for him he would have choose one of those 2 clubs. Don't kid yourself.

Agree0 Disagree2

Is that the best you can do ? Put your dummy back in.

Agree0 Disagree0

25 Aug 2012 07:45:09
