Well
I did love PDC
but now he disgusts me

At the end of last season, Catts as club captain went to go see Di Canio to express the entire teams unhappiness on how they were treated
As a result, PDC singled out Catts, and told him he would never play again, and forced him to train on his own

That sickens me, I thought the Newcastle fans were just taking the pi$$ but I owe then an apology, they were right, it's hard admitting it but boy he may have quite possibly ruined our club

Sorry Mr Mackem but totally disagree with you and think you need to be reminded of a few things: Since leaving the club Di Canio has made very little comment giving us the opportunity to concentrate on turning season around; Cattermole disciplinary problems on and off the pitch cost us games, is that loyalty?; prior to di canio's arrival we were nothing short of disgraceful under O'neill and would have deservedly been relegated, some of the worst performances I had seen; since di canio's departure the same players who forced di canio have picked up zero points in the league; youve only heard one side of this story. I am fed up of our players making excuses over the last 2 years, they have been disgusting and Di Canio's biggest problem was he was so desperate to win. He DID NOT ruin our club, the players have. Yet I will still vocally support my team on sunday. Hope you have a re-think Mr Mackem.

No,
I thought about it but I still feel the same
To be a successful manager, there is a line where you have to show who's boss but sometimes you need to put your arm round them to give them a little confidence
Not treat them like slaves, to force one player out the club just because he is doing his job as captain is so wrong, he got the spotlight he wanted, it's just turned sour for him and us now

That saying, the board are just getting managers for fun now, they need to make the right choice

Mr makem I can't believe that you have even posted that comment. Cattermole is one of the worst instigators of troubles at our club. he did nothing but hinder the progress that pdc tried to make in the club with most players agreeing that his training methods were second to none yet his man management skills were the factor which let him down. As for the articles in todays media what type of man gives an interview to a Newcastle editor who will only gloat over what he is being told and all on the eve of the derby game Cattermole wants to keep his gob shut and his opinions to himself and concentrate on what he is being overpaid for and that is playing football which by the way he can't do very well. Before anyone who is a Cattermole fan replies watch him for 90 mins and see how well he does at winning the ball then see how crap his distribution is. as for tomorrow I hope we see a team with pride and passion and actually know how the fans feel about the cloud that is hanging over our club at the moment and defeat needs to be out of the question.

Treat like slaves. Slaves earning 10000% over the average national wage. Aswell as working half the average hours of the normal person in this country. Whatever you think of Di Canio to even suggest it is unresonable to expect players to work there arses off for the wages they earn is shortsighted at best. And as previously said it is not DiCanio yapping to the press.
