We should sell Connor Wickham ---- because he is not a good left winger --- don't understand the logic of playing him out there - when he has shown his potential as the central/ right sided striker. Alternatively let's be radical and play him in his best position! And stick fletch or Altidor out on the left as fletch is left foot biased and altidor has some impressive previous form as the left sided attacker before he joined us - so on second thoughts let's keep Wickham as a central striker and build some natural balance in our formation. - I am sure there is far more potential from a balanced formation and team.

sorry mate but think all 3 should be sold as neither will score double figures and maybe they might not do that combined. none of them can hold a ball up to save their lives their first touch and link up play is not championship level and though we don't look like conceding many we won't win many games if we rely on wickham fletcher or jozy to score

I hope you're right JCFULWELL on this striker, we need one in now. FLETCHER CAN F RIGHT OFF, LAZY MESS

I agree 100%. I don't know why Fletcher is playing. He's either unfit, uncommitted, or something worse!

Fletcher wasn't great, but I thought he was doing better than CW today. My biggest problem with Fletcher is when something goes wrong he throws up his arms as if the gameplay has stopped. Pisses me off! He's always done that instead of trying to right the wrong, chase down the loose ball, get it back from the opposition, etc. He just stops and throws his little fit. Not the attitude you expect from a PL player. Just my opinion, of course.

Horrible performance. Except for final 10' or so, horrible.

Here we go again- losing to promoted teams, showing no imagination and continuing to gift chances from set pieces. Not so different from Man U- except they will spend about £200m to bring in players that can implement the system their manager wants to play and we won't. How many more games will we expect Fletcher to lead the attack- face it Gus, he is just not capable. At least when Wickham is in the middle he provides a physical presence, though his control is poor, but Fletcher has no presence at all. Sadly, there are still weaknesses all over the pitch, and though we have acquired two or three promising players, we need a couple of consistent, experienced, confident players to give the lead- at least one up front and one in the back line. If we don't get these in it will be another long hard season, as currently whatever team we put out has four or five who may be useful squad players to come off the bench but are not good enough to start regularly in this league. You have two days left to deliver on the transfer promises- I hope there is a lot going on we don't know about!
