James mcclean young irish winger on way to sol. Mr bruce is trying to get SWP on loan or on the cheap. I still think theres one big singing in the pipeline if we look at the facts. Ghan was signed after mr bruce said there was to be no more signings. He also said we would sign one or two big names near the end of the window. He has gave the squad depth and abit more class now he is looking for them 2 big names and keeping his cards close to his chest. And dont you think its weird that D.Forlan is said to be in such demand but still hasnt signed for anyone? I think mr bruce is happy to pay the 10mil asking price for him that noone else is and its clearing up deadwood to pay his 70k a week wage he wants. And as soon as he has it forlan will be our PROVEN striker to get us to a top 6 finish. And with the 3 mentioned to leave the sol that clears up 120k wages 70k for forlan 50k left for the last summer signing. Watch this space

Not a chance in hell forlan will come to sol bigger clubs than us who can pay him 100k wages after him would love to see it though

spurs fan here, i was scrolling down the rumour bar to go on spurs rumours and i accidentily clicked on sunderland rumours and i decided to scroll down a b bit and sorry but HOW DELUDED?? you's think u can finish 7th ha you bought a load of average, old players you'd be lucky to finish 9th

We all know that Spurs are a decent club but have a soft underbelly however they belong to the group of teams along with Everton and Villa to which we aim to break into.That doesn't mean Mr Spurs fan that we must doff our caps to you.At this moment you do hold an obvious attraction over us when it comes to signing players however to totally dismiss our club and others like us is both naive and could come back to haunt you.

If their strikers are crap, why have you Mackems been banging on about wanting to sign Pav, Defoe and Crouch?

Spurs have plenty of good players, VDV, Pav, Kranjcar, Bale, Modric, King, Palacios, Huddlestone etc...

If you think Kranjcar isn't a good player then you really know f*** all. He is wasted at Spurs and can't get into the Squad because Bale was in form and hyped up, and so was Modric.

Look how many times he scores when he comes on. Great passer, good at set peices, hell of a shot, plenty of ability on the ball. Better than any of your midfielders by a country mile. Sessegnon being the only possible exception.

SAFC fans never wanted crouche, not for the fee arry wanted anyway, hes 30 year old and at best I see him as player to bring on in the last ten minutes of a game....... How many full games will will he start and finnish for spurs this season I wonder????

Kranjcar is decent and will come to sunderland before the derby
