With martin O'neill here we will play football his way not anything like steve bruces im so excited to see all those terrible tactics gone and i definetly think that players need to come in players need to come in players need to go out even some of the ones that have just arrived a few months agoi have no idea if these signings would be possible but ill say them anyway, i still expect great things from sunderland in 2012....
IN
Tim Cahill
Phil Jagielka
Jermaine Defoe
OUT
Jack Colback
Ahmed Elmohamady
David Meyler
Ji Dong Won
Michael Turner
Craig Gordon
Yeah i agree mate have a really good clear out of all the championship fodder in the squad
Yeah but not meyler or colback
If its a complete clear out of all the championship fodder, is that not the WHOLE squad? Only asking
Colback is one for the future, you forget he's just a kid, in a good team I think he could still break on through to be a canny little player. I would keep him in the squad.
Wouldn't want rid of colback meyler or turner. The rest can all get out along with bramble
Surely Ji can't be written off after one game. He's only 20. He needs time to adjust to the premier league before we can judge him. The problem is that we bought 2 youngsters who need time a patience but never bought the experienced goal scorer to allow them that time. The were onto a no winner the minute Gyan left. Couldn't agree more about Elmohamady. But Turner is a good squad player and thats what you need to build a successfull premier league team. I would get rid if Bramble way before Turner
Meyler and colback to stay, think ji is just low on confidence, cattermole has to go with elmo and bramble, gordon will go also
Tim Cahill, Phil Jagielka, Jermaine Defoe!
Come on please listen to yourselves, next you will be saying you can push for the title SMB!
P.S Say hi to the Smoggies as you pass them
Jog on bonny lad. It wasn't so long ago on your site you were suggesting Anelka and Drogba...
Wasn't that long ago that they were bragging about being 3rd and saying they gonna be in the champs league next season coz they a big club again, now they 6th and are losing players to injury and slip slip sliding down that table, now their excuse is we going to be in europe, I bet by next may they will be right down the bottom near the relegation places and sunderland will be mid table if not higher
Not a bad position to slip down to though,is it? If your team slips any further......
Like we will under o'neill, watch us go now SGB, no more bruce and black with their rubbish tactics and playing players out of position keeping us back, o'neill will give them confidence and expect a win against blackburn, think norwich will beat you as they no pushovers at carrow road
