well i have just read some of the comments on the sgbs site and i was wondering how many of us fancy our chances of catching them its gonna be hard and i think we might run out of games but if we do catch them and you go off some of their comments then we are gonna be playing champions league football next season lads

If you do catch us which I doubt. I don't think you will playing CL football. I think we will finish 6th or 7th.

Lets not get carried away with talk of europe only pipe dream at the moment. as for catching newcastle we are 3 wins behind them. if we beat them thats only 2 wins and they have a lot of hard games left away from home so its possible though hard

Its do-able, but your right, it will be hard.

Us geordies know with your form its possible for you to catch us but also know that our form isnt bad either and if we win against you it will be 12 points and you also have a hard run of games coming up so therfore its finely balanced but we already have the advantage over you by having the points in the bag so the pressure is on for you not us! bring it on though cos its gonna be a good few month of cat and mouse between us both! the gap will close and widen and close and widen till the end and thats why whether we are geordies or mackems we follow our team and love football! i personally think we will finish in 5th to 7th which will get a europa league place which will mean a really good season for us and if your gonna catch us then you too should qualify but its gonna be hard! its also feasable that it could go down to the last game of the season! let the fun begin!

sat in the pub yesterday with a load of mags watching the game and then had to go to work with more mags today but i can honestly say these are not disillusioned fans. all of them admit they cant believe the luck they have been carrying this season winning games when totally out classed but like most of them are saying if the luck stays with them for the rest of the season then a european place is on the cards and if some of them had said at the start of the season they would be above arsenal then they would have been locked in the nuthouse

Them ones maybe are down to earth mate but the deluded newc9st1e fans on here are full of it, very rare you get a sensible geordie fan who's head isn't up his own a**e

Outclassed is a very strong word is that the same as you were outclassed by City,Stoke, blah, blah, blah. whats even funnier is that the SMB agreed with his made up statement. Blackburn won 3-1, wigan hammered them but won 1-0, stoke 3-1 away, man utd 3-0, hammered swansea but drew 0-0, easily beat fulham 2-1 at home, went toe to toe with spurs in 2-2 draw....there are plenty of examples where we have done well, and we wont plenty other games where we kept teams quiet and scored......how many games have you dominated this year?

I watch your games sometimes as I am a football fan and cheer on the other team to beat you.everton should of had 4 in the 1st half, wigan had plenty of chances, QPR had 9 shots on target, villa should of had at least 4 in the 1st half then 2 or 3 in the second, I remember fulham having quite a few chances, as for Tottenham I lost count of how many times Krul saved you!no I was simply pointing out that we beat stoke with 11 men 4-0 as you lot said you can beat them 1-3 with 11 men, why would I be a secret scumcastle fan clown? when I've said that those other teams should of stuffed you. clutching at straws coz you have no good comebacks SGB, if you were at those games its funny how you don't remember those teams having all those chances, typical geordie thick as! also just like to add your making yourself out to be a complete fool as your attempt to take the mick is utter rubbish!
