Realistic Sunderland ins and outs:

Ins:
Strikers
Steven Fletcher
Nicklas Bendtner or Hugo Almeida
Maybe Jordan Rhodes or Jay Rodriquez

Midfield
Adam Johnson or Aiden McGeady
Wilfred Zaha or Chris Humphrey

Defenders
Sylvain Armand
Steven Warnock
Bruno Bertucci or Oscar Wendt

Outs:
Connor Whickham - Championship Loan
Ji Dong Won - Loan (unknown)
Ryan Noble - Load to Hartlepool
Titus bramble - Sold
Ahmed Elmohamady - Sold
Christian Riveros - Sold
Marcos Angeleri - Sold
Jordan Cook - Sold to Carlisle
Billy Knott - Loan to League one

Sessengnon will stay

If Gyan stays (which is a possibility because he has stated he would like to be a Sunderland player again):
Expect us to sign a new striker in (Bendtner,Almeida or Fletcher) and maybe a youngster (Jay Rodriguez or Jordan Rhodes).

If Gyan is sold expect 2 new strikers (Bendtner,Almeida or Fletcher) and maybe a youngster (Jay Rodriguez or Jordan Rhodes)

MON Will probably sign 2/3 New Defenders
and 2 new wingers.

So 6 in, 5 sold, 4/5 out on loan

Oh and btw its hilarious coming on here and seeing the Sad Mags more obsessed with posting on Sunderland sites rather than their own FTM

Believable10 Unbelievable3

MON only signed two players from foreign leagues at Villa and one was a reserve goalie. Don't get your hopes up.

Sess will, stay Gyan will be sold, AJ in from city + CH and CF IN, TB and CW both sold, as for the mags...FTM

Believable1 Unbelievable4

You have ZERO chance of getting adam johnson.
hes a geordie..

Agree2 Disagree7

He said he likes to see all the north east teams doing well and doesn't have an allegiance, if anything he prefers borough who gave him a chance unlike you lot

Agree2 Disagree3

Aj is a geordie his family support sunderland still dont think he will go to likes of you,s premier league runner up to bottom half ne chance....

Agree2 Disagree2

I think you'll find it's the other way around. Johnson is a mackem who supports Newcastle.

Agree0 Disagree3

Yes your right was meant to geordie as meaning supports nufc...still the same he aint going to drop from premier league runners up to bottom half simple as that...if he leaves possibly liverpool, spurs. who knows not sunderland though..

Agree1 Disagree3

And explain how you know this, you don't know nothing!!, and at this stage of the season no one knows nothing about transfers.

Agree2 Disagree1

Adam Johnson, unless your paying £25m for him (he's English) you ain't getting him, £100,000 a week at city probably too

Agree1 Disagree1

Who cares who andy johnson supports he plays for man city who are challenging for the league so why go to sunderland or newcastle who cant afforrd his wages and his neither a mackem or a geordie as my geography says he comes from the land of the prince bishops which is county durham

Agree2 Disagree0

Adam was in my class all throgh school he is a sunderland fan lived in easington

Agree5 Disagree0

Smb aj has said in public he,s a toon fan and his family support sunderland i personally could not give a flying **** as do not think nufc are intrested or even looking at him its the makems who want him...simple

Agree0 Disagree0

So you would rather have jonas on the left instead of johnson sums it up ye know sweet fa about football and when has johnson ever come on tv and said im a newcastle fan if anything the lad was at boro since a kid so i would think the first result he would look at would be theirs

Agree0 Disagree0
