Got to say the feeling of excitement I had at the start of the window has evaporated. Today was very under-whelming. A panic buy for left-back position and a forward who has struggled in the PL in a side much better than ours. Yes PDC has got rid of a lot of deadwood this summer, but don't think he's improved the balance, quality or depth of the squad. Very imbalanced imo, not enough creativity or pace. I see another difficult season. However, I see the new set-up as a long term fix. We'll be focusing on the best youth in world football over the next few years, and with di Fanti behind the scenes given time we'll have some great young players in red and white. Just got to hope we survive this season first. It's done now, whether we agree with PDC or not, it's time to get behind the team. Ha'way the Lads!

Believable5 Unbelievable4

I am rather pleased with the last transfer window. we did some good deals and got our priorities right. We need players who will play for the shirt. Now the lb role is filled with Dossena, colback is back in the mix, with ki, ba, Larson, gardener. just a reminder that we do have players ready to play in the middle all fighting for a starting place in the team.
We got our strong striker in the form of altidore who we all know can hit a mean one, gaiccherini on the wing.

As I see it, we are a decent side, so what we have a point after 3 games and probably face a tough few weeks, the team will blend and each player will offer something different to the side.
Had o'shea not made the mistake he did in Saturday, we could have gone onto win, then would you have seen people complaining about the team?
I myself would have took the game differently. However,

In Paulo I Trust

Agree4 Disagree4

Centre mid will be competitive if Catts is genuinely brought back to challenge Ki, Colback, larrson and cabral who I thought looked great v Fulham before being cast aside. PDC said all would be considered and used once window shuts - time to see him stick to this and start to build the players up and get some team spirit after Saturdays slagging.

Agree2 Disagree1

Apart from our defence I'd say our team is good!

Agree2 Disagree5

{Ed024's Note - Defence is rather important.}

My god give your head a wobble or even better go and support the mags they deluded negative fans!

Agree1 Disagree4

Borini is a player that likes to play up top, at pool he was played out wide! The lad struggled with injuries last season. Give him a chance he's 22 and he'll want to prove he's good enough to play for liverpool. Could be a shrewd signing.

Agree2 Disagree1

My god give your head a wobble or even better go and support the mags they deluded negative fans you the 1 who is deluded m8 so all yous on here think we have sign well deluded to think we might go somewhere with PDC I don't sit in the pub watching I go spend my money at safc stop using the mags bit when some1 says something yous don't like 1 good thing we made 2mil and spend nothing this window wow

Agree1 Disagree2

Plays well goes back to Liverpool, ROSE, WELBECK, DOWNING. EVANS, ect

Agree1 Disagree0

02 Sep 2013 23:28:15
Well i'm actually quite happy. Sessegnon gone is good business, great on he's day. but they are few and far between, he's also not suited to how we play and Borini is a much better option, young something to prove and can score goals and link play.

Whats everyones take on our strongest team.

Westwood
Caluska Diakite Oshea dossina

Cabral ki

Johnson giaccherini Borini

Fletch or Altidore

Believable3 Unbelievable2

{Ed024's Note - I'd have Roberge instead of Oshes}

I was actually going to put Roberge in ed instead of oshea but oshea is captain so I included him.

Also do you think we will play 442 433 or 451 or even 424? I prefer 444.

Agree3 Disagree0

{Ed024's Note - I'd expect 442 but that's a guess, I'd like to play 444 but the opposition might complain !!!!}

The manager has told Fletcher that he will not be playing on his own up front this season

Agree4 Disagree0

O'shea no way too slow and gives away too many free kicks, Roberge for me!

Agree1 Disagree0

Roberge is technicly and speed wise a much better player than Oshea and at 32 his best days are behind him!

Agree3 Disagree0

Plus when o shea makes a mistake he screams on at the forwards. Even when the penalty was given at palace he was still telling everyone off. Captain? Not for me

Agree2 Disagree0

I can't believe some of the posts on here about oshea. yes he has lost a bit of pace but if you watch the games he is the one who organises the back four. i'm dreading to see what is going to happen the next 3 games all I can imagine against arsenal is the back four getting pulled all over the place i'm just hoping brown is fit

Agree0 Disagree1

02 Sep 2013 23:24:47
Am I the only one who is sad that sess left I mean I wouldn't mind if we had a BETTER replacement but we don't. In my eyes we don't function good with him but we function worse without him. But I am not going to just complain I wish him well at WBA. In di canio we trust

Believable2 Unbelievable2

{Ed024's Note - Sess was poor last for a lot of last season and awful in the first two games £6m - is great business.}

02 Sep 2013 23:23:50
Well that's is for another 3 months or so. Bit disappointed, especially not replacing Sess, but time to back PDC and SAFC and hope he gets the squad we now have playing good football and winning games.

Believable5 Unbelievable0

{Ed024's Note - Got to back the team}

02 Sep 2013 22:49:35
People will give me all kinds of sh*t

But I think Paolo is stupid, he has let Sess go which has allowed us to play 2 up front, which is all good, people thinking we will get twice as many goals but who will get the ball up to them in order to do so
He hasn't got the playmaker we need because I'm pretty sure that Larsson and Vaughan etc won't be doing that

Believable2 Unbelievable2

{Ed024's Note - What about Ki, Giacherini and Johnson ???????}

Good luck to sees and thanks for the memories albeit too few for his ability, at least we won't get frustrated now that he won't be winning us free kicks around the box to cock up, on his day great to watch, but the most frustrating player ever sometimes, would hang on to the ball too long, can't cross, and usually couldn't hit a barn door from five yards surprised he turned up at wba coz he didn't at a lot of grounds for us, six mill for Jan then if needed.

Agree0 Disagree0

He MUST play Larsson on the wing he is never a central midfield player!

Agree1 Disagree0

02 Sep 2013 22:53:43
and people scoffed when I mentioned pablo aimar a while ago. sorry v depressed

Believable3 Unbelievable0

02 Sep 2013 22:38:07
Up to 6m for Sess
That's all good but we don't have a replacement, does PDC really think Larsson, Vaughan etc is the answer to our Midfield problem

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Giach is sess's replacement and can set up more than him, stop being negative 6m+ for a 29/30 YEAR OLD is great business for us

Agree3 Disagree0

Ed let's just hope pdc has a trick up his sleeve and knows some s*** hot attacking midfielder who's a free agent and can sign after the window shuts. on a serious side really disappointed, selling sess and not replaceing him, hope this ki lad is ok and bring carts back or vandal instead of Vaughan.

Agree2 Disagree0

How many supporters think we have strengthened or weakened the team by selling Sess and signing the 2 Italians and NO midfield replacement?

Agree1 Disagree1

As long as we have ki and cabral in the middle, jacki and johno out wide Nd flethcher jozy up front i'm happy. I just done wanna see them 2 persons in cm again.

Agree1 Disagree1

{Ed024's Note - I'm pleased to read a positive post - sick of all the fans moaning we don't have any creativity - are they forgetting Johnson and Giancherini ????? Ki is no slouch with a pass either - its easy to trust PDC when you think see all the signings coming in ...you need to keep the faith now ....the absolute last thing the club needs is the fans turning against the team 3 matches in. Strange thing is if we'd drawn with Palace I wonder if we'd have so many doom and gloom merchants.}

Sad state of affairs for safc, this is not a good day for the lads. Can't believe what has come in today, stinks of desperation, where is our playmaker? No creativity for the forwards and wingers. Powderpuff and lightweight midfield. help!

Agree1 Disagree2

{Ed024's Note - Surley the wingers are part of the creativity ?????}

We have Ki and Cabral for midfield

Agree2 Disagree1

Im happy with Borini but disappointed in the lb signing as he's 31 and struggled at Napoli and he's struggled defensively!

Agree3 Disagree0

{Ed024's Note - He's a 1 season stop gap.}

02 Sep 2013 22:36:49
I know it's late but I think that we have representative trying to finalise a deal for Abel Hernandez he has done medical with national team we where waiting to see if the sessegnon deal went through

7SAFC7

Believable1 Unbelievable5

I smell bullsh*t

Agree1 Disagree0

I hope your right

Agree2 Disagree0

How is it that a small club like Hull get Huddlestone and Shane Long! why couldn't we get these. its going to be a long cold winter!

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed024's Note - FFS Huddlestone - hardly a worls beater and I'm not sure Hull got Long.}

Well it's 11, nowt on ssn.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well ed Hudds dominated the midfield and was Hulls motm at Man city!

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed024's Note - Dominated ?? He didn't even take a player on, gave the ball away on 25% of his passes, won only 1 header and 1 tackle. He may have been Hulls best player but that's a bit like saying Fletch was our best player against Palace.}

Huddlestone is sh**e

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Sep 2013 22:31:11
sess has gone, watch him have a blinder against us in 3 weeks time!, thanks for the memories sess. tk73

Believable4 Unbelievable2

All we have as fans is RUMOURS every window love been safc fan big club with big ambition lol

Agree1 Disagree0

02 Sep 2013 22:28:36
I was happy for Sess to go if we got Sigurdsson, but now we aren't getting him and Sess leaving, I am now thinking what the flying fu*k, he has just sold our best player with no replacement
I will always back the club but this Is a questionable call

Believable4 Unbelievable2

This is disgraceful. I can name all of the players we have signed and not one has proven premier league experience.
I truly believe we will be relegated and I now refuse to support this club with any of my money.
A Swansea cast off, a left back who admitted while at Liverpool he could not keep up with the pace of the premier league and a non-performer in Borini from Liverpool.
I could go on and on but I am so hacked off I am giving up.
Shambles, disgraceful and downright disrespectful to the fans.

Agree4 Disagree4

{Ed024's Note - Your not a real fan - you'll not be missed.}

With the team we have reckon we are down hate to say it but no creativity at all! Ffs long season this will be

Agree2 Disagree1

Sess our best player?. certainly not this season!

Agree1 Disagree0

Good riddance, we don't need supporters like!

Agree0 Disagree0

Have faith in PDC and in the club!

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed everyone is entitled to have an opinion. We've needed a midfield playmaker (quote PDC) haven't signed one, and bring in players who are not proven, also get rid of our most skillful player in Sessegnon. I'm red and white through and through, but totally understand fans disgruntled views. Hand on heart, are you happy with what's come in, and not left??

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed024's Note - Have no problem with Sess going - had two shockers and then when the lads are playing a cup game he decides to go out on the piss - HEADS GONE - I'd have sold him - £6m Great Buisness. Would have liked a creative midfielder in but remember we have Johnson and Giacherini - and what everyone is forgetting is that a creative player can only carve open a defence if a forward is making an intelligent run - we arnt going to see that from Whickham or Ji - we might from Borini and all know what Fletcher can do.}

Come on ed even you have to be dissapointed this is, to be fair and absolute shambles of a transfer window do you honestly think we can survive with larsson and vaughan in midfield somehow I don't think so.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed024's Note - Don't think we'll see much of Vaughan, may see more of Larsson. I think the midfield 4 will be Giacherini, ki, Johnson, plus one other Cabral would be my choice but it wouldbt surprise me to see Larsson, Karlsson, Mavrais getting the odd run out.}

02 Sep 2013 22:26:40
West brom confirm sess, I no he wasn't always consistent but on his day he was class good luck for the future sess

Believable5 Unbelievable1

When you are a poor side, someone who might win you four or five games a season is always worth having, even if he does often go missing. Selling Sess looks a very risky decision. More than a dozen in, but still no decent left back or anything resembling a premier league centre-half, let alone anyone who can dictate the play in midfield. A lot of business but hard to feel confident about the quality of the squad. I hope PDC has a cunning plan.

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Sep 2013 22:20:51
Looking like borini and Dossena are the only 2 players to come in today

Believable4 Unbelievable2

Dossena failed his medical at Torino on Friday 2 to3 weeks before he fit

Agree0 Disagree0

Dissapointed if that's the case as selling Sess with no replacement is not what we need and not sure about the full back and striker surely we can do better than that?. we are in for along hard season!

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Sep 2013 22:18:54
If we sell Sessegnon
We need a replacement, I hope he knows what he's doing

Believable4 Unbelievable1

02 Sep 2013 22:13:51
Borini confirmed on season long loan

Believable4 Unbelievable1

As well as dossena

7SAFC7

Agree3 Disagree2

Good luck west brom. sess has a shed load of tallent but can't produce often enough. family struggling to settle in England. hope he does well though he's a nice enough bloke

Agree3 Disagree0

It all boils down to ambition and we have none PDC let's the good players go replacements come on why loan them? no service in midfield lol

Agree1 Disagree1

02 Sep 2013 22:06:35
Borini confirmed

Believable4 Unbelievable1

02 Sep 2013 21:59:43
Tommy Carroll or Lewis Holtby from Tottenham Hotspur

Believable0 Unbelievable4

02 Sep 2013 20:51:24
Transfer business concluded after the departure of Sessegnon and the arrival of Borini and Dossena.

Believable4 Unbelievable2

02 Sep 2013 20:13:32
Sess passed medical at west brom gone for 6 mill, not a bad deal for a 30yr old drink driver! Get siggy in nd ile b happy! Jarra makem

Believable2 Unbelievable4

Sad day for s'land, getting rid of our most gifted player for years even though not always consistent he's better than borini, dossena must b a panic buy after all those lb we were after, rather stick with colback. personally think that'll b it for transfers hope I'm wrong but can't find any positive rumors anywhere well any with any credibility.

Agree4 Disagree2

Not a rumour but just watching sky sports at safc training ground and saw a complete person asbo chav doing a knuckle shuffle behind the reporter. what a tit with iq of slug. this is not a reflection of Sunderland fans. ban him from the ground

Agree3 Disagree1

02 Sep 2013 19:21:50
PDC wants sigurddson to replace sessegnon rumours starting to appear I hope we get him

7SAFC7

Believable3 Unbelievable5

No chance it will only be borini that comes in. hope i'm wrong don't think anyone will be leaving as well

Agree0 Disagree1

Wickham is now injured! great!

Agree1 Disagree0

As long as its permanent NOT on loan!

Agree2 Disagree0

Sow, long or jelavic one of them with sigurdsson and rose would do me! why aren't we going for lukaku on loan if everton can surely we could!

Agree0 Disagree2

We can't bring any more loans in from premier league clubs because of Ki and Borini, that's why we haven't gone for Lukaku. Any more signing from premier league clubs will have to be permanent. Second poster have you had your head in the clouds tonight, what do you mean no one will be leaving, Sessegnon going to West Brom. FFS.

Agree0 Disagree0

Longs speaking to Hull!

Agree1 Disagree0

If we sign Borini on loan does that mean well have to buy Siggs as we've then used our quoter of loans?. can't see it being done but i'd love him here!

Agree2 Disagree1

Apparently we have just made a 6m bid for him

7SAFC7

Agree2 Disagree1

Two in that is all for sunderland no sigurddson. no rose or long?

Agree1 Disagree2

Why sell sess for £5m and keep ji when offered £4m? Why loan out Alfie and keep Vaughan, Larson, garden etc etc our 4 best players of last season now gone. Not happy a bunny!

Agree3 Disagree1

If we get borini it will b loan and we already have ki on loan so if we were to go for sigurdsson it would have to be permanent transfer as you are only allowed 2 domestic loans

Agree3 Disagree0

Its over 6m they paid for their transfer record, if we got over 6m that's good business

Agree0 Disagree1

02 Sep 2013 19:07:47
Finally going for Sigurdsson, get him in QUICKLY

Spurs have said that they are willing to sell after the arrival of Erikson

Believable2 Unbelievable2

02 Sep 2013 18:59:31
Finally at last
We are going to bid for Sigurdsson
WOOP WOOP

Believable1 Unbelievable2

Where is this reported?, or is it just made up?

Agree1 Disagree1

02 Sep 2013 17:04:26
we are done no more signings long struggle a head am I right ed

Believable3 Unbelievable2

{Ed024's Note - Are you meaning no more signings or none after the two Italians.}

Sess off to West Brom as they have agreed a deal. we are after Siggursson of Spurs as his replacement!

Agree2 Disagree1

Just heard that we linked with Sigurdsson again, hope we get him.

Agree2 Disagree3

Actually, iv just heard reports that we are going for Sigurdsson

Agree2 Disagree3

Yea a few reports on sigurdsson, fingers crossed.
Glued to the Internet! It's going to be exciting few hours. My wife it sick and would rather I was looking for porn! (She is a toon fan)

Agree3 Disagree0

Gutted! Session gone, migs and rose from last season, for me the 3 most influential players, I see a very hard season a head. We have creativity at all, borini and dossena compound my disappointed. for all the knockers of sess can anyone name me a more skilful player to wear a red and white shirt in the last 25 years?

Agree2 Disagree3

02 Sep 2013 18:46:20
Sky Sources confirming Borini has completed his medical and he will be unveiled soon! Dossena. where is he? Last I heard he was on his way to have a medical. 2 faces on deadline day is alright I guess considering we did most of our business at the start.

Believable1 Unbelievable1

Dossena is 31 years old

Agree1 Disagree1

Having medical in Italy mate

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Sep 2013 18:08:46
After a transfer market which started so positively, I'm starting to feel a little concerned. WE NEED to buy another quality centre mid in my opinion

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Alan Navarro signing from Swindon for 4. 5 Million. The amount PDC wasted last season

Agree1 Disagree1

02 Sep 2013 18:00:54
Keep throwing the pieces of the jigsaw up in the air.
Eventually they will all fit together.
Come on lads let's get behind him and get the corners right - at both ends of the pitch.
Have it!

Believable1 Unbelievable2

Well I think dealing with PDC is like doing a jigsaw with him always looking for the final missing piece! I hope he finds it in time!

Agree0 Disagree2

02 Sep 2013 17:05:54
Sunderland have a plane on standby in Spain to bring Koke to Sunderland for a medical. They are waiting on sessegnon agreeing terms with west brom before they get the go ahead.

Believable4 Unbelievable6

Where did you hear this

Agree2 Disagree2

02 Sep 2013 17:18:53
Worried about the borini deal, taking forever!

Believable4 Unbelievable1

Why worry, he is rubbish

Agree5 Disagree4

That's because there holding out for Hernandez! ;)

Agree0 Disagree1

He's passed his medical

Agree2 Disagree1

Although we have signed a lot of players we still didn't get what we need from the start a midfielder and a left back :/

Agree2 Disagree0

Good player if he can stay injury free!

Agree1 Disagree2

He had five games at Liverpool; hardly chance enough to show his real ability.

They paid £10.5m for a 21-year old Italian international. I think he could be just what we need so let's give him a chance.

Agree3 Disagree1

No he aint, just because he had a bad time at Liverpool doesn't mean he's always been crap, he's better than what we got

Agree3 Disagree0

Hope we get a midfielder because playing Larsson and Vaughn against Palace was a big tactical disaster by pdc. I see Palace want Seb well if they get him I bet they put him on the wing which is where he SHOULD be playing as he does for his country!. playing him in cetral midfield doesn't work Paulo!

Agree2 Disagree0

Dossener on his way from Napoli!

Agree2 Disagree1

Only thing that bothers me is that we are going for unknowns whereas other other Premiership teams are going for quality well known players. I just hope PDC knows what he is doing?

Agree2 Disagree1

Considering the thousands upon thousands of players across the world, how can you define well known? just because we don't know doesn't mean they aren't known elsewhere. let's just hope we get a good playmaker & stop playing longball & chase.

Agree1 Disagree1

I just hope we have agreed an option to buy because this one could turn out like the rose situation

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Sep 2013 15:00:42
heard a big rumour that there's going to be a big money move completed this evening from la liga don't know if its a midfielder or striker but I do know he isn't spanish himself

Believable2 Unbelievable8

Heard a big rumour! From where?

Agree6 Disagree0

He is a Brazilian left back siqueira he plays for Granada, Real Madrid if they where to loose fabio coentraovwhere interested along with Liverpool and Everton

7SAFC7

Agree2 Disagree1

Hope we don't pay silly money for a LB when we direly need a creative midfielder.

Agree1 Disagree0

No we won't get siqueira
He rejected all offers

Agree2 Disagree0

Apparently abel Hernandez has put in a transfer request. it could be him!

Agree2 Disagree2

Isn't he a striker? then what's the point in borini or atidore?

Agree2 Disagree0

Hernandez will go to arsenal I think

Agree1 Disagree1

Everyone wants a big playmaker move but its not going to happen because Ki has come in on loan, with borini and the napoli LB so to follow. Larrson's agent has rubbished a move to crystal palace and Ji himself has rubbished a move away. We've not really been linked to buy an ideal playmaker to buy and if we survive this season, and IF we can push further up the table that's the only way we'll progress the way that di canio intends

Agree1 Disagree0

Siqueira is on 3 mil bid and he is surplus to requirements as reported this morning

Agree1 Disagree0

Get rid of Ji and have our forwards as-

Fletcher
Altidore
Hernandez
Borini
Wickham

Not bad eh?

Agree1 Disagree2

Hold on here a second, why has this Hernandez link popped up again, i'm sure the first poster said there was a link with a player from la liga. Hernandez plays for Palermo, which is in Italy (Serie B). FFS.

Just been to newcastle airport. I'm sure I spotted Defoe.
Sunderland or newcastle hope it's sunderland

Believable1 Unbelievable10

Really don't think he would leave London and if he did I don't think he would come this far north

Agree5 Disagree0

Stop lying man!!.

Agree4 Disagree1

Defoe needs a guide to get outside on London he'd never find the SOL nor the AOL

Agree0 Disagree0

There is no north on defoe, s compass. if he goes then it will be to qpr

Agree2 Disagree0

Going on holiday to whitley bay mate

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Sep 2013 14:29:55
If the club don't get a playmaker in today they are a bunch of monkeys

Ki, Cabral, Gardner, Catts and Vaughan
So that's 2 CM, at best 3
Gardner and Vaughan aren't good enough
What if Catts is injured, again
Haven't seen enough of Cabral, for all we know he could be terrible

Believable4 Unbelievable1

02 Sep 2013 13:16:12
Lots of rumours today so everyone will be glued to the transfer news.

Borini on loan looks a dead cert. Ok he has not fired at Liverpool but with injuries and Suarez ahead of him he is probably worth a punt.

I hope Dossena is not going to happen, 31 year old Liverpool Flop on £20k a week already is not what we need. There are 2 other LB's we are linked with that fit the bill a lot better.

Sess to West Brom is a bad move at £6m. We shoudl be able to inflate the price to clubs in our division the same way they do to us. I think he will go abroad as he is unlikely to settle in Birmingham area as well.

If Palace want Larsson for £4.5m then snap their hands off. He will never be a CM!

And to conclude, I am still confident our DoF will bring in the players we need at the right prices and wages so if we sell people they will have replacements ready to come in and improve.

Believable5 Unbelievable7

Need this playmaker
If we don't get one, we won't get it to the forwards and we won't score

Agree2 Disagree0

Is Sess able to move abroad due to his little drinking and driving incident?

Agree0 Disagree0

Dossena and borini done deals apparently we are after Abel hernandez but looks like he is going to arsenal and rumours are there is a surprise signing to arrive just before the window closes. Source academy staff member

Agree3 Disagree3

If you clicked unbelievable to the main post can you please explain why as it all made perfect sense to me?

Agree3 Disagree4

I am almost sure Sess can still be prosecuted in the EU.

Agree1 Disagree0

02 Sep 2013 13:10:51
Abel Hernandez has said he wants to leave palmero he could be that paces striker we need

ABEL HERNANDEZ HANDS IN TRANSFER REQUEST AT PALERMO.
Arsenal and Sunderland have been linked in the past.

Believable5 Unbelievable3

He be going arsenal then

Agree3 Disagree1

On his way to Sunderland bonny lad, watch this space.

02 Sep 2013 12:48:29
Fabio Borini is the fox in the box we have been after. A well planned move Paulo

Believable2 Unbelievable8

As long as he is better than our last "Fox in the box" The Great Gambling Chopra

Agree4 Disagree0

Really?

Agree1 Disagree1

Pity he can't score. Just like the rest of them apart from SF

Agree3 Disagree2

Well planned? a loan deal done on deadline day. Not sure hoe much planning went into this one

Agree0 Disagree0

Seen him last season against the horsebeaters when liverpool won 6nowt he was great

Agree1 Disagree1

02 Sep 2013 12:44:21
We can rule out Sow coming, he gone public and says he wants to stay a Fenerbache.

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Haha he needs to give his head a wobble Fenebache have no future

Agree1 Disagree1

02 Sep 2013 12:33:05
So with Sess and Larsson off and Paolo willing to listen to offers for Vaughan, we are going to have no midfeild

Believable5 Unbelievable1

No way he will let Larson go. See who O'shea give the captains arm band to.

Agree0 Disagree0

02 Sep 2013 12:17:59
Borini to sign on a season long loan very very soon. Dossena on the way for medical.
Expect one more face too.

Believable2 Unbelievable3

Sigurdsson or Noccerino please

If he's willing to sell Larsson, Vaughan and Sess, there must, MUST be someone coming in or we will have a totally bolo*ks Midfeild

Agree4 Disagree1

We will only get Borini and Dossena. I have been hoping for another centre mid to but that is highly unlikely as we always get let down. The likes of Vaughan, Gardner and Larsson will still get game time.

Agree2 Disagree2

02 Sep 2013 11:59:56
Larsson and Sess look to be off
Would rather keep them, our squad is already thin enough

Believable4 Unbelievable3

If we could get a combined £14.5m for Sessegnon, Larsson and Ji that would be good business so long as we have alternatives lined up.

Agree5 Disagree0

Madness. Catss, N'Diaye, Graham, Larsson & Sess are all Premier League quality players.

Agree3 Disagree4

Well the German transfer window is shut so ji won't b going anywhere, if we're selling sess we must have people in mind, don't think borina is the answer, need a good striker and a decent midfielder to replace Larsson if he's off, come on pdc work ya magic and give us summit to cheer about.

Does larsson need a lift, who wants to chip in for petrol with me?

Someone said something about PDC in Italy today on this page, is this true

Because A. C Milan have completed the signing of Kaka, and they will need to balancd the books out, has PDC gone to strike a deal for Noccerino

HOPEFULLY

Believable2 Unbelievable2

I will be doing backflips down the street if we sign Nocerino.

Agree4 Disagree2

No chance for nocerino don't think he will even consider us

Agree0 Disagree3

Are you sure it didn't say he had gone to little Italy for nosherino

TRANSFER DEADLINE DAY! Hope sess leaves too inconsistent, would love to see sigurdsson wearing red and white. what does everyone else think. going to be a busy day for PDC :)

Believable4 Unbelievable3

Hopefully a left back and use colback as cover or as a cdm. A creative midfielder or two and then a quick striker. And maybe even a few CB's with a bit of speed on a Bosman and then sell sessegnon, bardo, ji, Vaughan and wickham on loan

Agree2 Disagree5

Sess is a good player who has to work with mediocre coaches and fellow players. Instead of bringing the team up to his standard, you are getting rid of him to keep things substandard.

Agree2 Disagree3

Sigurdsson won't leave tottenham and if he did it would be to everton or liverpool

We need a decent playmaker like sess - but he isn't staying and we need a LB - rumour is that 13million bid for rose and siggy from spurs as his agent has been talking to safc and I think a great signing would be Townsend or even Sandro as a CDM - my opinion

Believable3 Unbelievable8

You mean Rose the lad who has started all the games for Spurs this season?

Agree3 Disagree1

QPR do not seem have any problems getting good players in, and you have a bigger stadium and play Premier league.

Sandro! Youve got to be jokin he was there best player up until getting injured last season! let's be realistic lads! I would be happy with siggurdson to be honest, but I would be really happy to see paolo bring kovacic from inter weather its on loan or permanent either will do me!
