Sunderland are closing in on Lazio right-back Luis Pedro Cavanda, who does not fit into the plans of new coach Stefano Pioli. The 23-year-old Belgian has been targeted by Sunderland boss Gus Poyet, who is keen to take him to the Stadium of Light this summer, according to Sky Sport Italia.
