MoN says he is "The best and only man for the job" Do you believe him? 2 wins in 26... I just don't know what to think any more... He says he can turn this around and change this club into a top 10 side within 2 years. Yet, if we keep on going like this then we'll be heading for certain relegation. Thoughts on this manager debate please. One day I want him out, the next I believe he is the best man for the job. I've been changing my views every day!

Well im a MON fan BUT i think he needs help and time but in our dire situation and with the horrendous fixture list in the next month i cant see him getting the time or points to survive ...well they say Christmas is the time fpr miricles ..we need one right now !

Would anyone be tempted to put Colback in at leftback and push Danny into a more advanced position. It would leave us less suceptible to the counter attack given that Colback won't bomb on as much. Plus in general Danny has been our best attacking threat.Just a thought...

Well i have read all these rumours and there may be some truth in them but Stefan would have to be a Harry Potter to get this shower to perform.Danny Rose excluded.this young fella has shown more appetite for the game than the lot of them put together.Mon will never turn this around with these players.believe me they dont give a monkeys surely most fans can see this.If he lasts till Jan he wont be have enough funds to buy a new team which is what he needs and we deserve.So Harry you are needed here quickly.

Well mon has said he is the only man that can turn us around. Did it last season but shouldn't have to this season, we have a mutch better squad so I dont understand how we can do worse. Do you believe him? Safc93

Nope, his excuses get worse every week. "We performed in the second half and showed determination" That will not win us games will it. He needs to change the mentality of these over-payed men and sort it out or he's gone after Reading IMO.

I heard this rumour a few weeks back and thought nothing of it but now I'm beginning to hope theres some truth in it. Stefan was rumoured to have had numerous bust ups with Peter Reid and his coaching staff during his playing days at Sunderland, criticizing the training methods and lack of quality signings...Sound familiar?

He was rushed through his coaching badges a few years ago by the Swedish FA as he was looked upon as a ideal role model to lead the Swedish national side.
Not sure what he's been up to since but I think he could be just what SAFC are needing right now.
