Could Ndaiye move to defence?
He has the height
He has the power
He can pass the ball and doesn't give it away
He is quicker than any of our other centre backs
He has man marked people out of the game in the past which says to me he is tactically astute and can hold his position.
I say we could have the perfect centre back in the making or at the very least a competent cover to fill the breech! - as I have to say other there aren't many realistic prospects at centre back to get excited about so ganon Gus - give it a go.

This could be an interesting option. Especially with the wealth of experience we have in O, Shea and Brown to give instruction on how to play that position. He has the power and pace. He just needs the tactical awareness in that position.

I hope you're wrong Mr. Mackem. That would be a shame. Vito deserves that spot. It's his to lose, and I don't think he would. He was amazing last year. The best player we had.

mag here I peace, if that's the case I think he must feel like his days are numbered. He had a hell of a season last year. Had to be your player of the season. There will be no shortage of takers if he moves. on another note I reckon we will both finish in the top half of the premiership this year. Good luck to all the North East teams this season

I thought you meant given number 1 spot not the actual number one. Maybe Mannone wanted to keep 25. Vito should start tomorrow, no question. I will be very disappointed if he doesn't.

another day and another gus deadline goes by. borini to sign within 48 hrs I think he said. now is it just me or does he genuinely think this will happen or basically saying get your finger out lee. last wk it was 4 in 5 days and the week before he said we was close to a few signing and we got one. still need a striker, centre half and another full back. and of course wickham to sign an extension. i'm sure by the end of the month all will be sorted and hopefully lee will deserve a good break before january

Tony pulis walked away after been named manager of the year over players that didn't join palace some of these managers are worse than greedy players with there egos any one else think football is more like a soap opera than a sport now

If a manager wants a certain player to join then surely the board must consider the options. If the board were doing what di fanti did and buying anybody he wanted then Pulis is not the type to hang about at a club that doesn't respect him. Although yes, at some times, stuff like this is just over the top.
