Gutted newcastle are getting cisse would have been a top player for us. We just cant compete with the bigger clubs in the transfer market and im sick of it.

Exactly Ed. Bitterness is everywhere. Tiote Cabeye, Sess the list is endless of top players coming out of these so called mickey mouse leagues.

We have officially in the written press been linked with 16 players this transfer winbdow. We have put no official bid in for any of them. Therefore I would suggest the Cisse was based in as much fact as all the others. It is glaringly obvious that we need a striker but I really don't think we would get what we needed in this window.

I,ll be surprised if we dont sign a striker, MON had his rant about the lads not putting them away at Stanford Bridge. He is either staking a case for a striker to the managment or he is trying to get the best of our lads.
