From being at the game yesterday I can
Say that apart from there goal fulham did nothing to test our defence. We had a good shape and the squad looks good. Two things let us down our poor crossing of the ball and larson playing in center midfield. If you take Larson out of that role and buy a attacking midfielder who can play a good through ball we could have scored 5-6 goals. Altidore and the wingers where getting into good positions but Larson just didn't have that final ball. I think a big signing is needed for this role somone similar to countino at Liverpool with great vision and passing ability. With PDC coming in to fill in a LB this player with the keys as Di canio likes to say is the final role that needs filling to awake this sleeping giant. Only question is who? Or is sessegnon able to do this and buy another striker?

Just watched MOTD. one Fulham highlight all game (Shame it was a goal). We dominated according to those that went to the game (I obviously can't because I live the other side of Britain. ) but a LOT of positives to be taken from that. Even if it's a loss! Cabral looks very good but maybe needs a bit more work on shooting. Giacherrini and Johnson look like they have the wings covered. Altidore looks magnificent. Holds up the ball really well. Roberge was good also with his passing today. A great performance today, shame about the result but we move on now and try and get some momentum going with a win v Southampton. Haway The Lads!

That's it I'm finished with Match of the day.

We all know how bias they are and if Sunderland beat man utd 9 nill at old trafford they would be saying we were lucky and united dominated. They talk about us for seconds every time and only talk about us negatively not just today after a defeat but every time.

Don't tell me its because we are not important 44k at the stadium today says otherwise only 4 or 5 clubs get bigger attendances.

Just watched highlights in which it showed our absolute domination of that game and Fulham scoring with their only chance.

Shearer goes on to say how he worries for Sunderland and they all agree that Fulham will do well. WT actual F?

If you had shown the same game in which Man Utd or dare I say it the had dominated like that but being stung with a sucker punch they would just chalk it off as one of those things and continuing to w#&k themselves daft over them.

Mate the best thing to do is what I do tape motd and watch it sunday then after each game forward it when shearer and co come on as how can a man with his management record and that's not a dig at Newcastle comment on football

I agree MOTD is biased against SAFC, always have been, let's see what coconut heed Shearer has to say when the get spanked, SAFC is nearly on last each week, we are only on 1st when we play Man U OR City.

Mags are pathetic, let's just wait until monday night before you judge us, I went to the game and we played very well and got hit with a sucker punch by fulham, but we should of defended that corner that shouldn't of been better

MOTD are harsh to Newcastle as much as they are Sunderland. Its their opinion which they are entitled to. They have theirs you have yours and see who is right at the end of the season.
