I'm sorry but that simply does not help or work!

They already have the money from tickets already bought, ie season tickets, and the food and drink in the ground is contracted out so they don't lose out there either.

It's only 2 games into the season, they are still trying to bring players in but our club is not attractive to quality players (yes fans we need to wake up and realise this fact) so why not support the team and see what happens over the next two weeks before you start trying to copy the idiotic skunks up the road.

i was at the game last week with a mate who works at the sol and he reckons sales for tickets are going bad and instead of every member of staff getting 2 tickets for the game they were giving 4 for the norwich game and 4 for this saturday against swansea to boost the gate also sunderland are giving free tickets out all over the north east to schools buisiness and charities so if you take this into consideration we might only be getting around the 35,000 fans paying through the turnstyles. I know my mate wouldn't lie to me about this so if ellis short brilliant buisiness man and the board know this why are they not doing enough to bring in new quality signings to get fans through the gate my opinion is sunderland football club is a toy to ellis short something he can do what americans do best and brag about owning a football club if most sunderland fans are honest compare him to mike ashley who is seen at nearly all newcastle home games and some away games where as ellis short might be seen at the sol 5 or 6 games a season. we have bought in about the same players as newcastle since both chairmen took over but can you name any players we have brought to the club where they have gone on to improve and then been sold at a profit none come to mind yet the list is endless with newcastle and nearly all this supposedly down to Carr if so where are our agents going wrong I can keep on going on about faults and the lack of ambition at the club over the years but I would need a week off work lads.

If ever you had an doubts at all y about the people running the club we are looking at selling Giacherinni and buying Che Evans from League 1 Sheffield United who not long ago was playing non-league football. Time has run out for a club whose quest has been to find the next hidden talent in the bargain basement. Now don't get too optimistic for Saturday as we will be fielding the same side against Swansea. A change of tactics is mooted. What's that then? Parking the bus? I don't think that will help at all. Personally I like Whatmore but how unfair on him to heap all the expectation of the fans on his shoulders when the others will see him as a distraction from their own failure. Personally I would start with the same 11 as last week and let them suffer. We will be going down this season, the luck has finally run out. Vote with your feet and stay away. If they had a half empty stadium it may just may shock them into doing something. Che Evans is not the answer after all.

Agree tottaly Giach wasn't even in the squad last Saturday and to sell probably our most creative player is a terrible decision nearly as bad as the awful colour of our away strip lol

Is there a point trying to keep someone who wants away? If what his agent has said is true, this is his last chance to get into the euros, will he get that chance at sunderland? Harsh to say this but honestly no, we'll be struggling most of the season before amazingly remembering how to play just in time to try to survive yet again. In the italian leagues where it's much less physical he's got a much stronger chance.

Well Wyndrusher it depends on the price and apparently Bolonia are balking at the £5 million price! but are we going to replace him with a championship player or even worse! Get rid of the Bucklys and Bridcuts first!

I honestly think they're trying to, however who wants them? that's the issue. If they balk at the price, then we won't sell.
