It does not look like we will bring in any more new faces in this transfer window. Think we need to off load Mavrias, Graham, Cabral and others first. Personally think they would rather stay at club than leave on to much of a good contract.

That is partially the problem, over the years we've massively overpaid to get almost anyone to come to us. 30-40k on some players that honestly aren't worth half that & would be on half that at most other clubs.

It's a shame really, but until we get some of the stupidly high earners off the bill as well as the dead weight we're going to be in this situation.

We're not a big club cash wise & the financial fair play rules are tough on us. It'd be great if we could self sponsor like the huge teams do but there's no real chance of that in the short term till we turn it around & build a team that works.
