Feel sorry for Martin O'Neil, Doing a great job, But the players just don't seem interested.
We need some new faces, and get rid of some old ones.
Give the youngest a change got some brillant talent, Use it.
Ferguson gave Beckham, Scholes and the Nevilles they big change, and we all know what happened with them.
Why does O'Neil not do the same.
That's what the Academy was for.

I feel sorry for him too- there can't be many people in employment who are more out of their depth. Utterly clueless again first half- embarrassingly poor. Second half better- though inability to finish cost us dear. But all it did was underline that we have a right to expect that sort of performance every time the players pull on the shirt- that is what they are paid for- not the rubbish they have served up all season (and half of last). For the first time in weeks they looked like they cared- but that just shows how badly the players and manager have let the supporters down with their shapeless, spineless performances.
Wickham brought the physical presence we have lacked and should have been playing all year. McLean should be cleaning boots, not wearing them. Kilgallon is not a premier league player and only looks an attractive option because Cuellar and O'Shea are past it.

Played much better second half the one thing I am pleased with tho is wickham he does deserve a start against Chelsea he really lightend stuff up won all his headers and was a breath of fresh air overall we should have won the game never mind draw and for the brainless negative supporters saying sack o'neill... And get who exactly? Get a grip and support the team.
