To be fair Newcastle's pre season has been hampered by the fact that most of their squad of criminals couldn't get a visa. Apparently their new team bus this season is all black with no windows and a blue light.

I posted at the beginning of the summer saying that I did not want N'Zogbia to sign for us and I am pleased he hasn't. It is an area that we are lacking but all he does is wish he was somewhere else. Don't get me wrong he is a good player who would of improved that area in the squad but I simply don't think he would fit to us. Hopefully A Johnson loan would be great but I doubt it. I also think another defender will be coming our way. We are still very short at the back especially when Bramble, Turner and rusty from injury, and Brown and O'Shea have niggles along with Bardsley.

Still I predict a decent season.
