Well with Nelly Quinn pushed onto other duties, going around the pubs to beg the unwashed back to the stadium of plight, maybe Agent Bruce can continue his good work. I know the muckems blame Brucie but who AGREED to his buying of second rate relegation fodder? Has beens from Man U bench? Championship vastly overated and overpriced forwards? YES Nelly Quinn. Scumderland will be in the championship next season with overpaid plodders draining the coffers and the plunge down the leagues will be a joy to watch ha ha ha, although your new manager to be appointed, The Wally with the Brolly will hold the fall for a season or two in league one. At the end of the day even you Deluded Muckems must admit you have a crap stadium, crap support and best of all a crap team. SMB SMB

Believable6 Unbelievable3

That was funny but crap stadium? Really? I hope you aren't comparing it to your old shed!?

Agree2 Disagree4

Our old shed, are you taking the p#ss ?

Agree1 Disagree3

Have you actually seen the state of sid james' park? Welcome to the 1400's.

Agree4 Disagree2

As a magg and me hubby and soon a makem even they agree that st james park is bigger and better than the stadium of light now come on and be realistic...

Agree4 Disagree5

Silly silly mags they talk so much rubbish sid james`s better than the stadium of light wake up silly boy

Agree4 Disagree2

Yes it is bigger, that's not up for debate but how is it better? Seriously how? Its dropping to bits! I think the Romans built it as a gladiator arena...although that might be a bit too recent.

Agree2 Disagree2

The cockney mafias playground has got to be the most depressing looking ground in the premier. with its lovely shades of suicidal grey, looks more like a 1950's russian apartment block. Tgt.

Agree4 Disagree3

Grey breeze blocks thats it

Agree0 Disagree1

Yes but its not just the stadium at the SOL that is better than the pits the Mags have to play at every other week. The pitch is so much better as well. Wonder why - dooh!

Agree1 Disagree0

Stadium of Sh*te... everyone knows it's a dive, your old ground was better and that was a hole in the ground... Roker Roar.. Roker Poor more like. SMB

Agree0 Disagree1

From Roker Roar to Roker Poor...is that honestly the best you can do Sid James? Barcode 'humour' has plummeted to a new depth!

Agree0 Disagree0

At least the sol belongs to the club and we dont have to pay the council to rent it

Agree1 Disagree0

So Newcastle council owns a bigger stadium than you's embarrassing.

Agree0 Disagree0

That is SOS surely... in both meanings!

Agree0 Disagree0

How is that even remotely embarrassing? We OWN our stadium whereas you DO NOT. Doesn't that mean you don't actually have a stadium?

It's a positive move for the Club. This guy Short is a winner, check out his business life.
We need to have a global brand for increased revenue since the locals can't fill the SOL and Niall can fulfil that role.
Bruce will be under greater pressure but that's what comes with managing a big club. If he can't cut it, he can always move on.
I suspect he ain't got long anyway.
Keep faith with Ellis - he's a winner - always has been !

Believable6 Unbelievable0

Managing a big club? Sheff u,Birmingham,Palace,Wigan,Sunderland? No mate Bruce will NEVER manage a big club.

Agree1 Disagree6

Bitter geordie, sunderland is a bigger club than all of the others, if you going to make sad bitter comments then put them onto the newcastle page where they belong

on average sunderland home gates are 11,109
short of capacity.
Newcastle's average is 7,115 thats nearly 4000
extra fans, i think that makes newcastle fans
number 1 in my eyes. TOON,TOON BLACK & WHITE ARMY.

Believable1 Unbelievable4

Thats like saying coz fulham beat QPR 6-0 it makes fulham the number one team in the premiership. No wonder we call you geordies deluded. I suppose you one of these t*ts who think you will be champs league by the end of the season? SGB

Agree4 Disagree1

No thats not the case, the point im trying
to make is that newcastle fans support there team properly.

Agree0 Disagree2

Their*
Moving swiftly on, I'd say that's because you have a 1 billion year season ticket contract that's why. :)

Agree1 Disagree0

Support your team poroperly? half of you disowned your team when you got relegated and started to turn up again when you won the fizzy pop league

Agree0 Disagree0

Did they support there team properly in the championship? i bet when they were relagated you didnt get your season ticket out, but when they came back up you got it back out like 15000 other mags did

Agree0 Disagree0

52181 fans turned out to watch newcastle v ipswich 24 april 2010, some how i dont think we deserted our team.
now get back to your white cider and chips and cheese smb.

Agree1 Disagree1

Aye because yas finally won something ya muppet

Agree1 Disagree0

Was it not sunderland getting gates of 38000 roughly last season quinn went on radio twisting about about low crowds and some makems are on here saying we derserted our team now get a grip and be realstic i think we now hold a record in the champoinship for largest crowd and we also still had the third biggest gates in the country and we where a league below sunderland thats fact

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe because newcastles stadium capacity is more than ours by 4,000. who cares? you pathetic SGB

Agree0 Disagree0

Mags v fulham at home 42,000 sunderland v wba at home 34,000 nearly every other club in the country are experiancing the same issue reason the economic state of the country newcastle are going into their next home game in a champions league place lets wait and see if its a sell out doubt it

Agree2 Disagree0

Hypothetical question for both teams - if both Stadiums had the same capacity, which team would draw more home support?

Agree0 Disagree0

White Cider and cheesy chips? Hasn't newcastle got the most unhealthy city in the north?

Agree0 Disagree0

Who knows but neither stadium would have the same attendance so the question is irrelevant. but also with the question it depends on how each team is doing in the league anything above mid table for both and it will be full every game for both below mid table there will be empty seats in both grounds

Agree0 Disagree0

Newcastle the unhealthiest city in England mate! 2ND in the UK only to Glasgow.
Cheesy chips and White lightning cider would be a balanced diet on the north side of the Tyne!
More kebab/pizza take away etc shops than any city in England barring London!

the toon currently have the best defence in the whole of the football league, keep it up lads great
job, not bad for a team full of second rate french
players who were going to get hammered every week

Believable1 Unbelievable3

Nobody said you would get hammered every game and which big teams have you played? a poor arsenal side who should of had a blatent penalty in the game against you lot. You lot are riding your luck. wait until it goes t*ts up

Agree2 Disagree1

Oh yes you did, you mackems were full of it, second rate frenchmen, crap manager, blah, blah, blah.

Agree1 Disagree1

You're still second rate. Nothings changed except a large amount of luck!

Agree2 Disagree0

Rideing your luck
