What did you expect? These players are millionaires, would you live in a built up area when you could buy a Mansion in a rural area?

BTW: Shearer does not play for Newcastle anymore, you obviously do not know what you are talking about - Newcastle's training ground is in Durham, obviously it makes sense to live closer to the training ground than the Stadium.

Listen soft lad, when Shearer was a player or a failed manager, or the most boring pundit on the telly, the point is he never lived in Newcastle.
