Who said he is going to villa, not every fan wants fletcher as 12m for him is steep, I personally like him

Isnt it incredible how the SGB,S take one comment by one person and tar everyone with the same brush? It was probably posted by a Mag anyway, to try and wind up our fans.
I personally think that Fletcher would be a great signing and will be very sad if he goes to Villa. Much is being made of the fee, its called market forces. What does it matter to fans how much we end up paying for him? It is Shorts money not ours.

good news signings are coming fletcher has handed in a transfer request, look on son if you dont belive or his twitter. he will be wearing red and white very soon. he will be a good signing hes class at headers and with mcclean and larsson he will be fed from the wings! hopefully more to come. what do you guys think? -Big Zac Mac

STEPHEN FLETCHER HAS HANDED IN A TRANSFER REQUEST. He wants to join Sunderland and if the deal is completed lets all get behind him. He will be a great signing for us and he works tirelessly for his team. This will be a great signing regardless of the over inflated fee.

i know these last couple of weeks have been doom and gloom for us but i seen this on SSN today might cheer you up it really cheerd me up apparently Hatem Ben Arfa thinks newcastle can win the title this season ha lol

And why would that cheer you up? Its not nearly as funny as Sunderland buying. LLorente, Johnson, Milner, Carrol etc.

The mags wont win it ,but if they buy another couple of quality players they will finish in the top 4 as much as id dislike it pardew is building a good side so i dont think last season was a flukey one.tk73

No we don't think we can win the league. Ben arfa has said as much or most likely been mis-quoted, cos that never happens does it. If that's all you have to shout about I would worry about your season. SMB.

Ed: How on earth have the bookies stopped betting on Sessegnon going to Tottenham. The impression I get is spurs have but no offer in for him. And Sunderland are not selling him for less than £20m?? {Ed001's Note - bookies will go on the amount of money that has been placed, not on any kind of information.}
