Scotty.
You must have started early on the fizz.
Took me awhile to get the drift.
Nice one.

Jeez.

Agree3 Disagree2

Two loans and two frees since January- more than a dozen gone. Sounds more like Portsmouth than a club with ambitions and plans!

Agree3 Disagree5

Wait until the window shuts before spouting rubbish!

Agree4 Disagree1

Rumour has its Ali Cisshoko....class player

Agree3 Disagree1

The eastern European left back were linked with is Ivan strinic the Croatian international the report says we made a written offer of 6 million euro for him

Believable5 Unbelievable0

Yahooo Yahooo yippeeee yippeee, like Mon says quality is all he will sign, Saha WAS quality 9 years ago!! 34 yr old and injury prone, well done Martin, you have made everyone happy.

Agree4 Disagree4

Your post says it all.
Pathetic.

Jeez.

Oh sorry Yahoo Yahoo Yipeeee Yippeeee.

Agree2 Disagree1

Are we the same fans who loved all the signings last year then booed them every week, lets build a team and be patient, ive been watching safc since 1976 and we all talk about if we had only give alan durban time with that group of players, we have to build a legacy which will carry on we cant expect instant success, everton and villa have been in premier league every year by building teams and giving youth a chance. not success to some but stability. lets be real

I'm an Lfc fan. I've been told by a source very close to Sunderland club that Defoe is coming up for a look around and a possible medical this afternoon (Thursday).

Also been told (less likely IMO) that you r looking at Adam Johnson on loan but the bitters (Everton) are interested.

Just passing on the information.

As a Toon fan currently enjoying your transfers .... Id point out that a few seasons back Defoe told us he didnt fancy a move to the north east. Also i dont think tottenham would sell there only striker.

Enjoy Saha

Agree5 Disagree5

I hope so,his goal last night was class, havent had a player like him since phillips, anyway to lpool fan i reckon you will have a good season this year, rodgers has bought a couple of good players.tk73

Agree2 Disagree1

Hope your right but i can't see it happening.Safc93

Agree3 Disagree2

I heard this too my scouse friend (princ£y)

Agree2 Disagree2

I posted this yesterday defoe is done deal johnson on a season long loan olso done deal just a matter of time before announced publicly

Agree4 Disagree3

To the sgb. You're trying to wind us up about saha, did you forget he showed you how it is done in the 5-0 hammering spurs give you. Safc93

Agree3 Disagree2

Defoe will never happen hes spurs only striker

Agree0 Disagree2

Defoe is not coming.

Agree1 Disagree1

Defoe will never leave the south I'm afraid. Total non starter

Agree1 Disagree0

True he mess us up in that 5-0 loss to spurs but he was playing with a much better team behind him.

Agree0 Disagree0

In reply to the dirty Barcode, defoe never said he didnt want to come to the north east he actually said "i dont want to play for newcastle"!! Obviously the boys has brains as well as great footballing skills! Ive heard on good authority that Defoe IS coming to SAFC (the north east) but only when spurs have brought in other replacements!

Agree0 Disagree0

Newcastle fan here. We tried to sign him in his prime but he thought he had a chance at spurs so he stayed. He won't leave spurs especially now cos for the 1st time in years he is spurs main (only) striker. As much as you lot won't wanna hear this, yous need to look at our model and go for young hungry players on the continent who want to prove they can play in PL not 30+ has beens. Might even be worth getting a scout who actually owns a passport!

Agree2 Disagree1

Saha was playing in a top team with Modric putting it on a plate for him. Is Catternole gonna do that for him? NO.

As soon as saha signs mon will contact city over a 6 million deal for guidetti with city wanting to unload him it should be done quick. Don't worry about heskey he is odds on to sign for everton. Source daily mirror. Safc93

Believable7 Unbelievable2

Come on safc fans, its gonna happen we will have more players in by next week, lets get behind saha,i bet he scores on saturday, keep the faith.tk73

Agree6 Disagree2

Hope so quality young player

Agree3 Disagree2

The striker situation is a fair one because of Moxey's greed but why haven't we signed a LB, we've not had a good natural LB for donkey's. If Saha signs and he stays fit I reckon he will score goals, the trick is him staying fit. As for the Clint Dempsey rumour, I wish this was true as he is a quality player, top 4 material, would he come to the SOL, sadly, I doubt it.

Agree3 Disagree1

Saha has signed for Sunderland.

Agree1 Disagree0

Its not about his age he cost nothing and providing he stays fit he will score. He wont be our last if hes a failure then he will not be signed next season.

Agree3 Disagree0

Comon saha

Sunderland to sign Saha to partner gudetti up front o'neil is to bring Saha on a free and to loan gudetti intent to make it a permenant transfer in january or a 1yrs time a deal thought to be 6 or 7 million (princ£y)

Believable5 Unbelievable3

Don't wanna be negative but Im genuinely concerned bout next season, we're not being linked to good enough players, when I mean linked I mean actually bidding for them rather than rumour, we've needed a good striker since bent left this should of been sorted by now!! If we bring in dribble past it players it'll show our ambition which currently I think is lacking n I for one won't b attending sol feed up watching rubbish, short back oneill with funds n oneill strengthen will class players let c the sol buzzing we've got the fans n passion we just need the players on the pitch to excite us, more players with the quality of sesssgnon needed, saha not te answer, guidetta n tolivion

Agree2 Disagree2

Wouldnt mind this saha would do the job instead of fletcher and 15m cheaper, although we need to keep him fit

Agree3 Disagree3

Listen we have got a good enough squad to compete in the premier leauge we may not be contenders for Europe but we will certainly not go down it takes a lot of time to build a 7th or 6th place club we slowly but surely we'll get there trust Marty (princ£y)

Agree3 Disagree3

Erm? Yes it took the years to do that? I think not. Margerat Byrne is in charge of these dealings. She's not Niall Quinn.
