I am a city fan and have a few contacts with the club. Rodwell will be loaned out for the season. Interest has been shown by qpr, fulham and sunderland.

Heard a rumour in manchester today that Sunderland have reps at City and are after Jack Rodwell! sounds poss as won't get into there team this season with all new signings. Just one to share with you mackems. good luck for the season lads.

He's a player with all the ability in the world but his injury record is just awful. Moving onto the Ki rumour, another talented player but watched him a few times last season and he seems to lack pace and therefore struggles to be a creative force in the premier league. Either way i'd be happy with both but won't be too concerned if we didn't get either. Either way I get frustrated with the scaremongering on here about needing desperation signings. I think we've bought well and are on a completely different level to the crap we served up last season.

He was decent last season. he can pick a decent pass, skillful, pacey and doesn't shy away from a tackle. I think he'd be a good fit but just makes me wonder why he dropped out of favour at Swansea? They are a developing and exciting squad and would rate them higher than us in the epl but surely we can do better than their fringe players? thoughts ED?

Well I'll be, that one I just didn't see, don't think we will get him on a free, I just hope that we can quickly agree a fee. and assume they have listened to pdcs plea to try and get the right man with the key.
