List of possible incomings at Sunderland

Diakite - free
Roberge - free
Zarate - free
Cabral - free
Ginter - 3mil
Buttner - Loan
Dost - 8mill
Muriel - 9mil
Leitner - 7mil

Most exciting one I've heard is Leitner from Dortmund the young German is what Sunderland has missed for years a born playmaker. These are all players papers have linked us with and I would be very happy with them myself.

Believable10 Unbelievable3

Looks a very good player

Think we should try sign Mattia Destro (8m). from Roma
Young striker who can score goals frequently

Agree7 Disagree2

Please, I hope your not lying
Would love him

Agree7 Disagree0

Would love Muriel as well, he's class

Agree7 Disagree2

I can believe all them since we have the junv scout and Di Fanti looking for players in Italy only one I'm not sure of is Leitner as Dortmund are losing that gotze dude and he might get more of a chance now but who knows money talks and there not going to cost more than 10mil so very believable

Agree5 Disagree2

Dortmund are putting Erikson as his replacement

Agree4 Disagree0

You missed Rose
He should be first

Agree3 Disagree0

I don't think rose will sign but if man u go for baines then buttner loan seems good

Agree3 Disagree0

Are these actually true
Or are these the players you hope we sign {Ed024's Note - All rumours thus far)

Agree1 Disagree0

Muriel? he would cost a lot more than 9m and there's a lot more bigger clubs after him!

Agree2 Disagree0

I like muriel

Agree1 Disagree0

All paper talk.

Bas Dost or mauro zarate which do you think Ed if neither of them who do you think {Ed024's Note - Wasn't impressed with Zarate when he was at Birmingham - so for me Bas Dost would be a better option his goals to games ration over the last 3 seasons is better than one goal every two games.}

Ed anything in the krasic rumours? Thanks fred98 {Ed024's Note - We are reportedly interested - but he is on high wages and hasn't really performed - he wants a new start.}

Migs has hinted he is staying in an interview today. Safc93

Believable7 Unbelievable1

Now all we need is for Di Canio to sign Rose

Agree6 Disagree1

All this cavani talk and people saying be realistic, doesn't any one agree it's probably a mug up the road trying to make us look as foolish as them.

Agree5 Disagree2

He is doing a course at the Uni and has said because of that he isn't leaving.

Agree5 Disagree1

Nobody thinks its realistic

Believable6 Unbelievable0

Should get some canny players then :D

We have been linked with a 4m move for fraser Forster is mignolet going or replacement for Westwood

Believable6 Unbelievable6

I still don't think Migs will go

Agree6 Disagree1

We'll need a keeper for Westwood as he's likely to go, wasnt happy at been on the bench last season so will be looking for a move that guarantees him 1st team starts

Agree2 Disagree1

Ill be surprised if PDC sells our best players its sucide really. keeps Migs and Sess and build round them!

Agree1 Disagree0

Aloan deal for Cavani would be the best option! i'd rather PDC spent £10 million on 4 players than £40 million on one ! who could get injured then where would we be?. the Fletcher scenario again?

Agree0 Disagree2

Why won't these Cavani people go away.
He turned down City in order to go to Spain.
Was never funny in the first place and only posted to stop us taking the piss out of the Rooney comment.

Sunderland are currently trying to wrap up 6 players on free transfers to add to there squad. There will be also a few little signings for around 3-5mill these will be young players to develop. Short has givin Di Canio a very large budget and is currently trying to sign Cavani. Fanti is currently in Italy using his agent skills to try and broker a deal with Napoli that's why he hasn't give up his FIFA licence yet. If a deal can't be reached Fanti will return the Sunderland to start his new role.

Believable4 Unbelievable7

Even if were able to offer £40m and pay £5m a year in wages, Cavani plus young players/freebies does not sound like a challenge Cavani would want to take on- suspect the very remote prospect of getting him would depend on similar quality signings being agreed, as finishing in relative comfort of mid-table- realistically the most we can hope for- does not strike me as the kind of achievement that would be of interest to a world class striker. There are lots of names being thrown around, but hose like Ritchie and Roberge seem much more likely to be on sunderland shirts next season than Cavani and Krasnic! Of course, anything is possible- maybe Cavani- like Bardsley- has a penchant for 'charity work' which sometimes overrules his common sense.

Agree5 Disagree1

This post lost all credibility the moment Cavani was mentioned.
There are too many people making statements on here that Ellis Short has given Paolo a huge budget to sign players. Where is the evidence to back this up, because I’ve not heard anything from anyone at the club to suggest this is the case?

Agree9 Disagree3

You folk on about cavani must be mad. Have we suddenly been given a champions league spot? let's be realistic and not like them up the road

Agree10 Disagree0

People should stop saying we are after the likes of cavani. You need to live in the real world not a fm 2013 one. We will sign mostly bosmans and spend about £10m - £15m at the most. Probably be a couple from the lower leagues and maybe 1 or 2 from Italy.

Agree6 Disagree2

Man city is in for cavani at a price of £60mil sorry but I don't think he will be coming to sunderland.

Agree4 Disagree0

We need to stop kidding ourselves there is no way that we could ever sign cavani, and there is no chance he would ever want to sign for us

Agree7 Disagree0

Does'nt really deserve a creditable reply!!

Agree5 Disagree0

Need to stop banging on about Cavani, do you want the barcodes to come back on our site and rip the sh*t out of ya

Yes there will be about 5 bosmans heading our way, but 3 or 4 big signings will be heading our way too, not along the lines of Cavani but good players who will make a good impact

Agree3 Disagree0

Would love to see us make a move for Wilfred Bony, good goalscorer strong and fast. would pick him up for about 12m which is a bit of a risk but his record speaks for itself.

also maybe Napoli will take a straight swap for Danny 'goal machine' Graham?
lets stop all this pointless Cavani talk, there's more chance of the mags signing an Englishman than that.

Agree4 Disagree0

Probably a Mag post anyway and if not I am pleased they are building the replacement to Cherry Knowle.

Agree2 Disagree1

Definitely a mag post. No mackem is this stupid surely?

Agree4 Disagree2

Cavani?? are you numb. it was simply a publicity stunt to make our name circulate around italy and the italian media so we are known to the players we want to sign end of (a. c)

Agree1 Disagree0

PDC loves Matt Ritchie. He'll cost you at least 2 million though. I'm hoping he'll stay at AFCB another season. Great player. Could easily make it in Premier. {Ed024's Note - i doubt that }
