Is it just me or does anyone else think that borini is a waste of time, he doesn't want to come, so don't hang around him, we should try and sign someone like Romelu Lukaku

Same, I don't understand what all the hype is about
Yeah, he tried hard, yeah he was good in big games but tbh half of his goals came from a penalty, he's good, I love his attitude but why waste all our time trying to sign someone who is doing everything possible not not come and I don't think he's worth +12m, maybe 7/8m

Lukaku would cost 20-30mill to buy plus the fact he won't come here. If Chelsea sell him all the top teams will be in for him. Now a top striker that's gone off the boil you might snag at 15-20mil would be Benteke but again wages etc is a problem as didn't he want to leave but stayed on a new 70k a week contract at Villa? Only other thing would be to go abroad or try and loan top team youngsters like Jesse at Real Madrid.

From the stories going round about the same players looks like we are bidding for Mutch Caulker Williams and Banega. So another two midfielders and two defenders. I'm my opinion I think we will get all 4 players. Would still leave us wanting a winger and a forward.

I predict (and its only a guess) that Ashley Williams and Iago Aspas will be the subject of bids from Sunderland.

Ssn has us on odds to sign Ashley Williams which would be an ace signing. Not too sure on aspas think we'd loan a player like that because of Liverpool wanting too much money. Don't think I'd have him either or borini if he's adamant at being at Liverpool. There's other strikers out there and we can afford to pawn big on one.
