Players Sunderland are in the process if signing and hoping will be in by the end of the week. Bridcutt is days off signing on a 4year deal. Bid rejected from spurs for Kabul safc going back with a 8mil bid. On to strikers and yilmaz is Gus Poyets top target and Bas Dost is also on his list. The first one to agree terms and have a bid accepted will be his new number 9. Other players he is trying to sign include Buckley on the cheap. Gus will accept offers for any of the players that contracts run out at the end of the season. Fletcher will be sold for the right price thought to be 10mil plus.

why would yilmaz come from galatasaray to sunderland sitting bottom of the premier league. bridcutt I expect to sign and i'm sure there is interest in buckley but he is injured so I highly doubt it (in january). Where have you heard about Das Bost and Kaboul? I suspect we don't have 8 million to spend unless fletcher goes, in which case the money will HAVE to go on a striker because regardless of anyones opinion on Altidore we will not stay up with him as our only recognized striker.

Agree with the Fletcher thing!. clubs talking of £4-6 million are having a laugh! £10 million or nothing + a resale percentage on top!. I heard Spurs were after Fletch so how about a deal with Kabul and Rose going the other way? we need to weal and deal as with so many players going on the cheap with there contracts running out we need to maximise our transfer kitty!

Good Win In the FA CUP and good to see the youngsters Watmore and Ba impress and their inclusion is overdue. love to see Karlsson involved as well. we need the youngsters enthusiasm as well as experiance!

Big issue with the likes of gardener Larsson vaughan Cattermole is the wages we are paying them there is no way their agent will sanction a move unless their wages are met
