Safc93 you are an embarressment to the sunderland fans on here who know their football. NO Geordies said we were going to get in champions league AND yes, yourself included, YOU said O`neil was taking you to europe with signings of Fletcher and Johnson. Lets face it, BOTH clubs are in a survival fight with recent results and neither manager is top notch. Yes Pardew was manager of season but was lucky with injuries and the team basically picked itself and confidence was high. Now he has been found out, like O`neil, when he has to change the tactics. Neither O`neil or Pardew can do that. So Safc93 before you spout more rubbish, look at what the PROPER Sunderland fans are saying before you post your drivel. Thank You.

I see Bentner is unhappy at Juventus !..would it be worth a bid in for him in Janurary ? ..what does the punters think ?

Agree2 Disagree4

Im an embarrassment? Almost every geordie on your site said you should be challenging for the top 4. Pardew and a few players also said it. Safc93

Agree3 Disagree4

I agree with safc93 most newcastle fans are way ahead of them selves soon got brought back down to earth tho 1 win in 8 thats not top 4 form is it?

Agree3 Disagree0

What and 2 in 20 is?

Agree0 Disagree0

Well the chickens have come home to roost for the magpies ..they are now schkarking and getting their magpie feathers in a flutter !

Agree2 Disagree0

I ain't ruffled. Bit miffed we didn't strengthen in the summer when we had a position of power but then the mackems wouldn't know anything about positions of power. Only positions they know ibid table to bottom. But having a go at nufc for a bad run of form when your have won 2 in last 20 shows your level of education and thinking. We struggling and we unhappy as we should be but you lot are doing about what's expected of you. Apart from Celtic Mon has struggled everywhere he's been.

Agree2 Disagree2

Was reading an article about 5 of the most popular managers to get the sack next including Mancini and Oneil ..amazed Pardew wasnt on the list! ......in any case if it doesnt work out for MON i think hell walk rather than be pushed !

Agree0 Disagree0

Pardew aint popular thats why he isn't in the list and he is sh*te!

Mon been into sol for a meeting with Ellis today. Result of meeting is a vote of confidence which is never good. Apparent non official enquiry to Celtic for Lennon to come in with Mon who is rumoured to be feeling the pressure

Believable0 Unbelievable5

Lennon will never leave Celtic for Sunderland

Agree0 Disagree0

Make no bones about it, if Celtic don't win the league and cup this year Lennon will be gone.

All these "O'Neill needs to go now" posts are really stupid. We ARE improving. West Brom were better I admit. But we are scoring goals now we are still a game behind the rest, a win at QPR would take us around mid-table then you lot will be saying "In O'Neill we trust" Plastic fans. Get yourselves sorted. MoN hasn't had even a year yet to sort things out properly. Bought good players into the team that no matter what anybody says have helped us. He should NOT resign. He should stay because I want to see what he does in January. If we go down this season, we go down and MoN is gone, but right now, at this very moment, MoN is STILL manager, is still our number 1 and is still trying to turn this clubs fortunes around. So stop being pessimistic about the last few games, we have improved a lot. Confidence is back, Sessegnon is back, Johnson's finally pulling his weight as well. So please lads, give MoN time.

Believable6 Unbelievable3

The last few games? We have won four of the last 27 league games, taking a total of 25 points. We have not won two consecutive league games since February. Beating QPR would leave us well short of mid-table and losing- given Villa or Reading might win and Soton may well beat Norwich on Wednesday could put us ion the bottom three before the weekend. Burying your head won't make things better- of course we want to see a change in fortunes but MoN talking about improved performances and bad luck doesn't wash, he needs to be honest and admit management and players are not doing well enough and try something different. Otherwise his stubborn adherence to an ineffective (and not very entertaining) system and players who are either not good enough or not performing is taking us down.

Agree2 Disagree4

The QPR game is vital ! lose this one and we are in deep trouble !
