Any predictions anyone?

Mine is

17- safc 36 points
18- Fulham 34 points
19- Norwich 32 points
20- Cardiff 31 points

So your predictions would mean the following: -

We lose at Man Utd, beat WBA and draw against Swansea for us then (or other way round)?

Fulham to beat either Stoke or Palace and lose against the other

Norwich to get beat off Chelsea and Arsenal

Cardiff draw at Skunks and lose against Chelsea

If you are right I will be very happy but I would hate to go into the last match needing to get something to guarantee being safe. 35 points might do us but would rather beat Manchester United and WBA, be on 38 and relax against Swansea.

Haway the lads!

Well, at last we have seen some of the team play like professional premier league footballers. Still error prone, and in truth lucky against Chelsea and perhaps also in first twenty minutes against Cardiff, but decidedly unlucky at City, where we might have got all three points and now only be looking for only one win to secure survival. But tremendous ten days all the same, and a real chance now. Let's hope we don't freeze at the last: 37 is the minimum we need to target because Arsenal will probably be safely in fourth place and thinking about cup final when they play Norwich, and Fulham could very easily get four points fro their remaining games. But the performances and the confidence have been so much higher these past three games, that we have to hope the Man U revival is is not strong enough to dent it. I still can't see many of these players being in red and white next season, but we will have much better memories of them if they can somehow scrape a win and a draw from the last three games. Haway now, maybe a miracle is possible!

Well it's all in our hands now. Three tough games to finish the season, Manchester United with Giggs in charge and now up to perform, WBA fighting for survival the same as us and Swansea finding some form.

We have to believe now though given our last three matches, four if you include Everton where we performed well without the result.

As per Michipper below who would have thought Wickham would be our form striker helping us claw our way out of the bottom three! It was also interesting to hear Quinny confirming what PDC said, Wickham had an attitude problem, was overweight, last in first out of training and thought he had made it when we signed him. Nice to eventually see him sort his head out, trim down, improve his work ethic and start performing.

Still daring to dream that we get 6 from 9 points and hopefully stay up.

Haway the lads!
