if you and a few of your workmates got together and went to personnel manager and complained about your boss and then said we won't work for him do you think you would still have that job or do you think you would be out of the door.

The players work for the boss, the boss works for the owner, the owner wants results, players get results if the players don't feel the boss helps them get results the owner will sack the boss

Exactly, Even if you paid £40,000 a week people are saying they would run backwards for their manager, sorry but if the manager is upsetting the workforce and affecting team morale then no matter how much you paid, you need a happy workforce to function as a team and PDC didn't understand that, Short is the big boss and if he has received enough complaints about PDC then he had to go! wish people would get over this now, it's happened last week, hopefully Bally will get the job under conditions if it don't go well he can go back to the U21s

Ellis short needs an appointment at spec savers if he thinks those players were giving 100% not just for the manager but the club and the thousands of fans who pay good money to go and watch their s****e performances he should have at least had the balls to get the players and the coaching staff together and ironed out the problems at the club i'm afraid he has now set a precedent for the next manager

I generally think we have a strong side but there are weak points where we definitely need changes
We need a GK-I know Westwood has been a good servant and does deserve his chances but he is too shaky, he makes quite a few mistakes and there is little if any communication with the back 4.
CB - We need a big strong leader at the back who can defend, O'Shea is just rubbish.
ST - we have recently been linked with CSKA Moscow forward Musa, he is exactly what we need, he's young, quick and knows where the net is
Then again I might be wrong, maybe they will completely change once this new manager come in and be great, but so far this is what i've noticed

Please point out a mistake by westwood which has cost us a game the problem lies at the back with the players who are getting picked as long as we play colback at left back we will get tortured and that is not singling colback out as the main culprit as their is no way the lad is a left back and never will be as long as I have a hole in my rear end

Westwood is a good shot stopper but he cannot command his box. Take the Sturridge goal. 4 yards out - Migs would have been out and cleared it before it ever got to Sturridge. Westwood was rooted to the line.

We need a good GK, CB, ST
and I would consider selling Johnson to be honest, he is the biggest earner by a mile, unbelievably inconsistent, he says he wants to play for England again but he is only involved in the game for 5mins of the 90, he needs to do what he can and should do

If bally would select different players not the usual suspects we all complained about last season then yes give him the job, but he won't for me gus poyet should get it and continue with the plan ellis short and di fanti started in the summer.

Kevin Ball is a legend but he went straight to the MON back 4 and 451 system. Surprise surprise we lost 3-1, and Liverpool really weren't that great. We need to change.
