checked a lot of websites and forums etc. there's a lot claiming borini deal done and nearly dusted. poyet did say a surprise which borini doesn't fall in that category. jordan mutch deal still on apparently. don't believe wickham would go to skuns for 6m. so the big question is who will be our cilla black signing?

On the wickham situation, poyet has said that wickham will be sold if he doesn't sign a new contract, because he doesn't want to risk losing him on a free. If we get a replacement, I'm not sure this would be too bad, as fletcher is still good cover for him, although he is extremely injury prone. Thoughts on replacements anyone, I know there is sow and borini, anyone you think would fit in well?

We can't afford to lose him. That would mean we would need 5 players, not 4. Unless players are deemed dead weight (Afie, Graham, Diakite) then I think the club should do what they can to keep them. Plus, I've always heard Connor is happy at SAFC.

Hey guys I've been checking this for weeks now so I thought I might aswell join! It's getting closer to the start of the season and becoming frustrating that we haven't improved our squad I fear another season like last, do you all believe well get these 4 new signings?

Gus says we have "great chance" of signings and "people will be surprised ". At this point, any signing would be a surprise, but I am wondering now if it's someone we've been linked with.
