Sunderland to sign Ola Toivonan for 9m and Steven Fletcher for 11m. Matt Phillips will join the black cats for 3m with Connor Wickham joining Blackpool on loan until January. Also Martin Olsen will join for a fee in the region of 4.5m. Stewart Downing will arrive on loan with a view to a permanant 8m deal but not until Liverpool sign Adam Johnson. Outs will be Kieran Richardson joining Fulham and David Vaughan will depart for Norwich. Stephane Sessegnon will sign a new and improved contract as will Ryan Noble
