So today ends the time that Gus said we would have info on 4 new signings. We have Rodwell and Vergini, so should know sometime today whether Borini will be on his way. Who is the other player. Anyone with any fresh ideas?

Also hearing strong links with Dawson, who knows, should hear over next couple of days. My sense of panic has resided a wee bit since rodders but certainly still not job done

Van Dijk could well be on his way now with Celtic having been dumped out of the CL tonight. Newcastle and Southampton seem further up the list of potential destinations than ourselves though.
