Was talkin to one of my bosses today bout our current state of play and he said he didn't want us to get relgated but would be happy watchin doing well each week for couple of seasons till we find our selves again then come back up stronger than ever. interesting one. thoughts anyone?

Norsky I think your boss has a valid point and it would be a good reason to off load the dead wood only issue mate no one is guaranteed including ourselves to get promoted so I would rather we stay up

Got to tell you it made the difference at Newcastle, got shot of the overpaid underperformers, started to rebuild, it won't be an overnight thing, but at the moment the majority of signings that were brought in was just throwing money away. we went through it, its not nice, but I am glad it happened if it had not god knows what state we would have been in.

Yeh come back up just like Leeds, Sheff Wed, Charlton, Wolves, Sheff Utd, Notts Forest, Blackburn, Birmingham, Derby and who else have I missed?
