Only prob with Alverez is he's not used to the Premier league and is slow but highly skillfull and should create chances for us. We just need someone competent to convert them!

4.) Borini is a player who seems to thrive in the big games. It seems like he had no intention of going to QPR otherwise he would have travelled down there at least. Let's hope he was motoring this way while his agent was talking to Arry & co.

What planet are some people on last year we spent money and give big contracts to anybody and ended up with a half harted squad that knows nothing about sunderland then loaned most of them out is it not better to take time getting the right people in the right position s and know they want to come stop moaning about we didn't sign this one because of this or that they haven't signed because they don't want to come are we not better off with out them this is who I think the 4 is rodwell (loan) borini ( loan) cavanda (perm) vergini (perm)

Would also say very clever from bendan rodgers to start borini today it caused poyed to worry because he thinks that much of him he was scared of him very clever and he wanted to cause a negative reaction from crowd

Lets get it staight every team in and around us score goals we can't we are desperate for a goal scorer and there's not one available its alright being hard to beat but we never look like winning a lot of people looked off the pace today mainly vergini which is a shame because he's been one of the better ones all season am I the only one that would rather get beat 4-3 than 1-0 or draw 2-2 rather than 0-0 to me there is more focus going to not conceding to many than trying to score more than the other team as much as I am great full for what poyet done last year I think he's getting it wrong its no good just keeping the ball if you can't do anything with it

If we clock up another seventeen goalless draws before the end of the season- which seems to be the only result Poyet sets up the team for- we will probably go down. And no-one will miss us, because we are so negative and so dull to watch. The likes of Burnley and Leicester put us to shame- both have shown far more enterprise and commitment than the miserable shower that let us down, week after week. God knows what Short's plan is- if he has one- but he has presided over as long a period of clueless managers, spineless players and pathetic performances as I can remember in sixty years as a supporter.

First week gone of tranfers window anyone know what's going on gus has said we need a striker but other than a west brom flop nothing rumoured surely we won't be buying a player that can't get in a worse team than ours I would like to see altidore and fletch out borini and zarrate in

Tony pulis walked away after been named manager of the year over players that didn't join palace some of these managers are worse than greedy players with there egos any one else think football is more like a soap opera than a sport now

If a manager wants a certain player to join then surely the board must consider the options. If the board were doing what di fanti did and buying anybody he wanted then Pulis is not the type to hang about at a club that doesn't respect him. Although yes, at some times, stuff like this is just over the top.
