Sunderland will listen to offers for Fletcher over 7mil. Gus poyet is wanting Banega in on loan and if fletcher goes will not send Wickham out on loan again.

1.) Fletch didn't look like he was interested on Wednesday. Is he still injured? - he was super slow vs Stoke. If we can get 7m for him we should take the money.

3.) I see Stoke had 1 bid rejected for Catts and have put another improved bid in!. i'd ask £5 million for him and agree about Fletch £7-8 million and he's gone. love Banega here!. will be an interesting few last hours!

Bridcutt has signed a 3 and a half year deal with Sunderland and will be able to play vs newcastle if picked. Gus still wants one more though.

1.) People saying Cattermole is leaving because of this, but I think we could be playing him holding with Ki and Bridcutt playing infront of him

2.) Fulham are having a larf offering £1 million for Bardsley when Gus and Phil want to stay here. give him a contract Gus!

3.) Havnt heard him signing officially yet!. hopefully it will be in time for him to be in the squad to beat the mags!

4.) Scocco is agreat signing. 23 goals in 33 appearances last season!. and 2 against Brazil on his international debut. can't be bad. just what we needed!

Good news looks like Valencia are willing to loan Banega with a view to a permeant deal in the summer if Sunderland stay in the EPL. Player would only go on loan due to Sunderland are at the bottom on the table. This deal should be done soon just need to agree in principle a fee if Sunderland do stay up. So it could well be a case of soccco coming in with Banega and bridcutt. It seems the last two will be Poyets last two signings. Can see all three playing in the derby aswell

Sunderland are set to announce two signings shortly. Talk is that it is bridcutt and bragna on permeant deals. Can't see it been nacho because He is still in Brazil at the moment.

News is that Sunderland are trying to land a record busting signing in the form of Ever Banega. The South American is still only 24 and is considered one of the best playmakers in the Spanish league. ssn understand a fee in the area of 15mil and becoming Sunderlands record signing. 1.) Nowhere has reported that any fee has been mentioned so I don't know where you got that from. There has only been an enquiry about his availability

For Sunderland to get out this mess they need two players a creative midfield player who sits between the oppositions midfield and defence to create chances for Alitdore and fletcher. Secondly they need a forward with pace to run behind the defence. We need a big investment in these two players. If I had to pick two players. i'd try and get Barkley on loan and Hernandez on loan. This would be enough in my opinion to get us the goals to stay up. Then we can buy in the summer. This is very unlikely but worth a shot. I think we will end up with a player like Ings coming in for up top. Then a midfield player like Zaha on loan or Tom Ince. Whoever comes in needs to be scoring every week. Also I'd try some of the new lads like Mavrias and Karlsson on the wings.

We need top quality, because its only a few individuals which let us down

4.) I'm sorry but I feel I must comment on the first post. Barkley? Do you mean the player currently getting first team starts for Everton who has also broken into the England Squad?

I have ambition for club but that type of comment is ridiculous. If you mean someone else please accept my apologies but if you don't give your head a shake!

Hernandez however must be starting to get fed up of being a bit part player so would be worth an enquiry.

Maxed our wage bill stop talking bull. We reduced our wage bill over the summer even though we bought loads of players there not on as much as the players that have left. Our wage bills is the same as last year if not less. We have hardly spent money either with player sales. Think it worked out we spent 2mil in the summer. I think you will see 2 big money signings as poyet and short know it's time to buy top players to stay in the league. I'd say maby 2 loans aswell. LB already sorted next will be bridcutt and then a striker and maby a winger
